Visiting the Heart Association

January 13, 2026

Queen Mary was warmly welcomed by CEO Morten Ørsted-Rasmussen and Head of the Heart Association's health services Louise Svarre Jakobsen when visiting the Heart Association. The two of them introduced their patron to the associations new strategy to strengthen prevention.

In relation, she also met with consultants from Hjertelinjen and the honor of meeting with three patients living with a heart defect. They shared their personal experiences with her.

The Queen has been patron for the Heart Association since 2005.

It is no secret that Mary has become very fond of suits the last 3 or 4 years. She wears them in many colors - black, white, blue and red. This green one from Massimo Dutti has become a personal favorite of hers. This time she matched it with a fine turtleneck jumper. Perfect for the cold weather we have in Denmark right now.

Mary chose to accessorize the suit with a green snakeskin belt. Did you know that is goes back to round 2009? I have never been able to identify it but maybe one day. The beautiful green emerald ring is crafted by Dulong Fine Jewelry such as the other two golden rings. I kinda like the combo of rings.

That black Bottega Veneta bag has always been one of her favorites since 2008. We haven't seen it much in a few years. Looked great with the black suede boots from Gianvito Rossi.

Danish National Symphony Orchestra's 100th anniversary

October 30th, 2025

King Frederik and Queen Mary were invited as guests of honor to attend the 100th anniversary of the Danish National Symphony Orchestra

The anniversary was celebrated with the Gustav Mahler's Symphony No. 8. The magical night took place in DR Koncerthus. Mahler's symphony was performed by DR's Concert Choir, BBC Singers and Copenhagen Boy's Choir.

The royal couple also met with Chief conductor Fabio Luisi in the Royal Chamber.

Mary looked beautiful in a reused Max Mara jumpsuit. She first wore the dusty pink jumpsuit in 2019 when attending the Danish Rainbow Awards. I really like the different textures and a wonderful color next to her dark brown hair and fair skin.

I love that she chose to match the outfit with pink diamond earrings. Makes her sparkle as a moviestar. I have never been able to identify where they are from but I think they could have been purchased at an auction like Bruun Rasmussen. Looks like Mary was also wearing a golden ring but that's about it what I can tell.

The pink satin clutch from Bottega Veneta has been in her wardrobe for many years. Since 2010 to be exact. Some things never goes out of style. The same goes with the suede pointed pumps from Gianvito Rossi. I'm always impressed how she manage to style colors from different brands with such perfection.

October 06, 2025

Queen Mary was warmly welcomed by Kim Bohr, director of the DR Concert House, DR's Choir and Orchestras and Anne Karine Prip, artistic director of the DR's Girls' Choir, when she arrived at DR Concert House in Copenhagen. A singer from the choir was also there to welcomed the choir's patron. The Queen as been patron of the choir since 2011.

On Monday evening guests could enjoy a magical evening in the company of DR's Girls' Choir and their concert "DR Girls' Choir in the Dark".

After the concert the Queen has the opportunity to meet the choir, musicians and the conductor, and congratulate them on a wonderful concert.

An all black outfit is rarely my thing. I think its way too dark - and a bit boring but Mary nailed it at the concert Monday evening! She rocked a reused black Paul Smith suit (once worn by Princess Isabella) and a brand new lace blouse from Róhe. The blouse changed my mind. Her outfit went from bull to super classy.

Mary styled the Paul Smith suit with simple pointed black pumps from Gianvito Rossi. She was worn then on many different occasions. The braided Bottega Venete clutch has also been in her wardrobe for quite a few years but it's not her most worn clutch.

As jewellery she had chosen exclusive diamond earrings custom-made by Dulong Fine Jewelry. The golden leaf ring from I'm Jewel also goes some years back. I kinda missed it. She paired it with an beloved diamond ring from Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen.

Day 1. Official visit to the Faroe Islands

Tórshavn

June 11, 2025

Arrival at Tórshavn

King Frederik and Queen Mary are on official visit to the Faroe Islands from June 11-13th. Princess Josephine accompanied her parents.

The three of them made a private to Koltur a day prior to them arriving in Tórshavn on June 11.

The King, Queen and Princess were officially welcomed in Tórshavn Wednesday around noon. Then a reception followed in Tinganes and a visit at Lagtinget. They were also welcomed at Tórshavnar Kommune.

They were then served lunch before visiting við Tjarnir. Queen Mary also payed a visit to the school Glyvra Skúli.

On the first day in Tórshavn the couple wore their traditional Faroese national costume. Mary received hers on the couple's first visit to the Faroe Islands in 2005. Both the clothes and silver pieces of jewellery were custom-made for her. I think her the "butterfly" brooch was a gift from their visit in 2018.

Mary accessorized her outfit with fine diamond earrings from Sophie Bille Brahe and the most beautiful updo. I missed these stunning hairstyles. Did you also spot the shiny diamond ring?

Her black ankle boots are old ones from Gianvito Rossi. Mary first wore them at the birthday celebration of Queen Margrethe in 2015.

Dinner at Hotel Føroyar

Attorney General Aksel V. Johannesen hosted an official dinner at Hotel Føroyar with King Frederik and Queen Mary as guests of honor. Both Aksel V. Johannesen and the King addressed their gratitude with a speech before the dinner.

Mary also wore her amazing traditional Faroese national costume. The green, red and black costume is really beautiful next to her fair skin and dark brown hair. Her embraced the style at Hotel Føroyar with an embellished Ellen Hunter hair comb. The comb has been seen on a couple of other events.

Earlier that day Mary received a magnificent gift. A set of silver jewellery. The earrings, necklace and matching cuff are a gift from talented Niels Large. I truly hope she will be wearing the set soon again. The design is marvelous.

This is Mary's fourth pair of Manolo Blahnik's iconic 'Hangisi' satin jewel buckle pumps. We have seen her wear them in grey, yellow and blue. Look closely and you will see an old Bottega Veneta clutch in black satin.

Summer tour with Dannebrog

- end of the tour

11 September 2024

Disembark Dannebrog

The King and Queen have enjoyed this summer on board Dannebrog visiting both Sweden, Norway, Greenland and a number of Danish cities - Bornholm, Ærø, Assens and Vejle.

Now the couple are back in Copenhagen and the summer at the royal yacht has ended. It has truly been an incredible summer! Don't you think? What a way to celebrate their first year as ruling couple of Denmark.

First a state visit in Sweden, then Norway followed by a trip to Greenland where the couple were accompanied by Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine. They ended this years session by visiting two Danish islands and two cities.

Somehow, I can't decide my opinion about this outfit. I really like her old navy wool-blend The Fold London suit. It's classy, chic and elegant at the same time. The details are outstanding. I'm also in love with the matching new patent leather pumps. Really clever of her to wear shoes in a similar color. Make the outfit look a bit more complete. I'm still on the look for the designer of her new pumps - any ideas?

The slash of green also makes a great combo. The Nina Ricci clutch is actually a cross-body bag with a removable strap. Mary first wore the clutch/bag at a business promotion visit in the United States in 2016. Then again in 2018 at the "World No Tobacco Day" and in Texas in 2019.

I also like the idea of matching the clutch with similar colors from the fine scarf, but the way she wore it as a hair piece, bothers me. For me it's a little too casual for the suit.

Mary styled her outfit with a fine anchor brooch, her beloved Halberstadt necklace and exclusive diamond rings from Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen. This combo of diamond rings have been a favorite of hers for many years.

Gala dinner at Amalienborg

In the evening, King Frederik and Queen Mary hosted a gala dinner at Christian VII's Palace at Amalienborg for the officer of Dannebrog. Queen Margrethe also attended the prestiges dinner.

In Danish, the dinner is actually called a 'Strygemiddag' (stryge dinner). 'Stryge' is when the royal flag is removed from Dannebrog to mark the end of a successful summer tour.

Lately, I think Mary has switched from really classy and elegant outfits to confusing and odd combinations of clothes and accessories. Do you agree? Her outfit at the gala dinner was truly impressive! I always loved the colors of this Erdem dress. Looks amazing next to her fair skin and brown hair.

She first wore the dress 10 years ago at an anniversary event at the Opera on May 23rd 20214. Somehow, I favor her look from 2014 - except from the hairstyle. Her updo at the gala dinner take the lead.

Mary beautifully accessorized the fuchsia dress with stunning diamond and Amethyst earrings and a matching bracelet and ring. Think the earrings are a gift from her husband. The fine satin knot clutch is an iconic design by Bottega Veneta and the smashing purple suede pumps are from Gianvito Rossi.

New Year's Eve Reception

- Christiansborg

04 January 2024

This will be Queen Margrethe's very last New Year's Eve reception as ruling Queen of Denmark. More than 1,000 guests were invited to take part of her reception which took place at Christiansborg. Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary also participated the reception (here).

Every year, Queen Margrethe host the prestiges New Year's Eve Banquet (here), then followed by three New Year's Eve receptions. Two of them were held on January 3rd (here).

At this very last reception, 150 representatives from national organizations and protections participated and the rest were officers from the Armed Forces and the National Emergency Management Agency as well as 1st, 2nd and 3rd rank.

Not sure, I like her overall outfit but I adore several details about this look. Not just as a combo. Somehow, I think Mary's outfit is a bit messy. She has worn the stunning dusty pink Rachel Gilbert skirt and bespoke brown velvet Jesper Høvring jacket before in 2018 (here). Impressive design!

This time, Mary embraced the look with an ancient choker. She first wore it in 2004 for a gala dinner on occasion of an official state visit from Romina (here). Around 2003 it was for sale at Bruun Rasmussen. Maybe a gift from Crown Prince Frederik to his fiancé? Likely.

Mary also accessorized her elegant look with a Rebekka Notkin bangle and a diamond ring from Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen.

As in 2018 when she wore the jacket and skirt, she also styled her outfit this year with her beloved soft pink satin Bottega Veneta clutch.

I was surprise when I realized that Mary was in fact wearing leopard pointed pumps from Gianvito Rossi! Wonderful match with the brown velvet jacket, but somehow I'm not crazy about the skirt/pumps combination. What do you think?

LOVE her hairdo!

Flag Day 2023

05 September 2023

Every day, thousands of Danish soldiers are send abroad on missions to fight for a better and more secure world. To help those in need who live in daily fear. Many of them because of war.

September 5th has become a day of celebrating these soldiers. To recognized their efforts, honor them and their families. Not least, to honor those we lost in a fight.

Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary attended a parade at Kastellet in honor of the Danish soldiers. They also brought with them a very special wreath in memory of fallen soldiers.

Later on, they attended a church service in Holmens Church and a memorial ceremony at Christiansborg.

Mary had chosen a stunning outfit when celebrating Flag Day 2023. She wore an old black Hugo Boss blouse and a reused floral printed Andiata skirt styled with a Celine belt. I adore the silhouette of this look. So elegant. Casual, yet delicate.

She embraced her outfit of honor with a wide-brimmed Susanne Juul hat and matching dusty pink flower. The hat is also a reuse. The beautiful white pearl earrings I once identified as Christian Dior. Looked magnificent with her customized Dulong Fine Jewelry bracelet. Just look at those large white pearls! Actually, Mary was wearing two Dulong Fine Jewelry bracelets and a single diamond ring from Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen.

As other accessoires, she wore dazzling Gianvito Rossi patent leather pumps and a beloved satin box clutch from Bottega Veneta. Think it is one of her most beloved clutches.

Day 4. Business promotion visit in India

01 March 2023

For three days, the Crown Prince Couple have been accompanied by a business delegation of 36 Danish companies in India. They are attending a business promotion visit to promote the green transition with main focus on water and energy.

On their last day, they split up during the day and had jobs to do on their own. While Crown Prince Frederik visited IIT Madras Research Park, his wife visited the Larsen & Toubro - an Indian based engineering company that work with both industry, energy, electronics, IT, construction, etc. The Crown Princess also visited the Henning Holck-Larsen Museum located next to Larsen & Toubro's Headquarters in Chennai.

Crown Princess Mary also paid a visit to the Headquarters of Grundfos. The reason for her visit was a seminar on water sector cooperation between Denmark and India. The Crown Princess gave a speech at the opening of the seminar.

The couple accompanied each other when they were welcomed by Tamil Nadu's Governor H.E. R. N. Ravi.

In the evening, Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary attended a final reception to end the business promotion with style. The business delegation from Denmark also attended the reception. The commitment between Denmark and Tamil Nadu was celebrated. After the reception followed a dinner with Grundfos. They celebrate their 25th anniversary doing business in India.

During the day in Chennai, India

Those of you who have followed Style of Mary for some time will know that I am totally in love with suits. Especially, when Mary wears them. I get chills every time she chooses to wear one of her suits - or just color matching outfits. Looks good on her. This brown suit is no exception. Just look at her! Isn't that an incredible outfit? Actually, she has worn the trousers once before, when attending the launch of UNFPA's "State of World Population Report 2022" (here). But the blazer is never seen before. I learned that Mary's blazer is also from marvelous Max Mara. The same goes with her new white blouse as well. Can't get enough of this outfit. Wauw.

Mary embraced the look with some smashing pieces of jewellery. She repeated wearing necklaces from Halberstadt and Julie Sandlau. If the symbolism is what we have come to believe, then it is even more precious. We get a glimpse of a diamond bangle from Ole Lynggard Copenhagen and a beautifully crafted ring from Rebekka Notkin as well. Of course - the earrings. At the moment, I do not know a thing about them.

When Mary first wore the Malone Souliers heels, I was no fan (at all!). Thought they looked a bit odd and funny. I changed my mind. This is a perfect example of how much ones mind can change, when a piece of accessory is worn differently.

At the final reception and anniversary dinner

In the evening, Mary had changed to something a bit more glamorous. She had chosen an old custom-made dress made by Søren Le Schmidt. She first wore it for the Crown Prince Couple's Prizes award show in 2020 (here). I like it a bit more this time. Don't know why but I do.

Mary was wearing stunning diamond and Aquamarine blue earrings once purchased on an Bruun Rasmussen auction. They go way back. She has worn them on a number of different occasions. Like, when visiting New York in 2005 (here) and in 2013, when Denmark hosted an official visit from Finland (here). Once again, she also wore her Halberstadt og Julie Sandlau necklaces. The diamond bangle from Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen is also the same as earlier. She added a golden piece from Dulong Fine Jewelry as well.

A couple of days prior to the final reception, Mary accessories a look with her pink satin box clutch from Bottega Veneta (here). She repeated that success. The magnificent light grey satin pumps are delicate creations from Manolo Blahnik.

Day 2. Business promotion in India

27 February 2023

Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary arrived in India the previous day on February 26h. The royal couple are in India to participate a business promotion visit along with 36 Danish companies. The visit forces on the green transition with special attention to water and energy. A number of Danish politicians will also participate the delegation.

On the second, the Crown Prince Couple accompanied each other all day. First, they visited India's Minister of Foreign Affairs Subrahmanyam Jaishankar at ITC Maurya in New Delhi.

Later on, the couple visited Mahatma Gandhi's monument. They paid their respect with a beautiful wreath on occasion of his death 75 years ago. Then they enjoyed lunch hosted by Vice Prescient Jagdeep Dhankhar. It was part of the official welcoming ceremony. Before the Grand Dinner, the royal couple attended the opening of a silver exhibition at New Delhi's National Museum.

Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary visiting Mahatma Gandhi's monument

I truly had no idea what to "expect" from her, when it comes to outfits. Think I had something like this in mind. Summery, light and in powdered colors. Mary in that Olga Vilshenko dress is a dream come true. She looks absolute stunning. It is simple in color and silhouette, but yet elegant because of that delicate floral print.

Mary embraced it beautifully with custom-made earrings from Dulong Fine Jewelry. Look how well their blue color match her dresses flowers! The earrings have replaceable pendants - some of them are here and here. We get a small glimpse of her magical necklaces from Halberstadt and the personalized Julie Sandlau creation. She also styled the outfit with a couple of diamond rings from Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen.

I am not sure I would have chosen the same Dior clutch to this look, but it could have been worse. I like the material with the flowly dress. She had chosen a pair of reused suede pumps from Gianvito Rossi.

The Crown Prince Couple attending Grand Dinner

In the evening, the couple attended Grand Dinner along with the rest of the Danish business delegation. Mary looked breathtaking! I feel the same goes for everyone else: Mary was indeed Queen of the Night. Right? The impressive asymmetric gown is a creation by Danish designer Søren Le Schmidt. Every single time she has worn it, Mary has impressed the world with her beauty.

The earrings are classy and traditional Portuguese design. Mary has worn hers before. Among others at Red Cross' 150th anniversary in 2014 (here). Think it was the first time she wore them. Incredible choice. Looked great with the golden Halberstadt necklace and Julie Sandlau creation.

Mary was also wearing quite a few bracelets. I am able to identify one of them as Rebekka Notkin. The blush pink knotted clutch is Bottega Veneta's iconic design.

HIKING IN STAVANGER

The Crown Princess was about to attend a business conference in Oslo, Norway on June 10th. She arrived one day earlier and spend the time making a dream come true: hiking in Stavanger. Crown Princess Mary visited Preikestolen. It is a mountain plateau a wonderful nature. A perfect start for the following days conference.

In her social media post, Crown Princess Mary also expressed her sincere love for nature. How important it is that we take good care of it and do what we can to find as many sustainable solutions as possible.

Mary shared a little something from her hike at Preikestolen in Stavanger. We get a glimpse of her wearing a navy blue down-jacket and a few blouses to keep warm on her trip. I was able to identify on of the. It is from Under Armor. The model is pretty cool because it can be a bit more personal than their usual  blouses. This one can be personalized with a few words. It makes me wonder if it could be a gift (maybe from her children), who customized a blouse for her.

BUSINESS CONFERENCE

Crown Princess Mary arrived one day earlier. She spend the day in Stavanger visiting Preikestolen. On June 10th, she accompanied Crown Prince Haakon and his wife Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway at the business conference "The green, sustainable and climate-safe cities of the future". The conference took place at Oslo City Hall.

The conference was centered around the central role of cities in achieving the UN climate goals. Crown Princess Mary mentioned that in her opening speech too. She also made it clear that both Norway and Denmark har creative, innovative, ressources and capacity to lead the way to a more green and sustainable future.

Later on, the Crown Princess attended the conference "The robust healthcare system of the future in Norway and Denmark". It took place in Oslo Science City. Multiple representative from companies, students and professionals also participated the conference. Crown Princess Mary got the opportunity to speak to several of the Danish companies participating the conference.

Mary has always been a worldclass champion in wearing old clothes in a new way. She proved that one more time by wearing this white dotted Prada dress. It was first worn in 2021 in Paris (here). The model makes the very best out of her slim silhouette. The golden buttons are a great detail to a simple dress like this.

She embraced the light style with alle nude and golden accessories. The nude python pumps from Gianvito Rossi are an old-time favourite of hers. Mary has worn them (almost) a million time over the years. I wouldn't mind them in my wardrobe. Note, Gianvito Rossi shoes are super comfortable to wear, so I get why she loves them. The reused Chanel handbag is a classy and good-looking match to the rest of her outfit.

As jewellery, Mary had chosen a pair of brand new earrings created by Dulong Fine Jewelry, two rings and a golden bracelet from the same designer. I also see a diamond bracelet from Ole Lynggaard and (believe it or not) an all new golden bangle. It features the most amazing colourful stones. To me it looks like something inherited or perhaps purchased on auction.

OFFICIAL DINNER AT NASJONALMUSEUM

It had already been a wonderful day in Oslo. In the evening, the Crown Princess accompanied Queen Sonja, Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit at the official dinner marking the grand opening of Norway's new National Museum - the Nasjonalmuseum. It is the largest art museum in the Nordic countries with all its international art, design and architecture.

The three of them first visited part of an exhibition. Some of Queen Sonja and Queen Maud's dressed are on display. Then a fine dinner followed. This was the perfect ending on her business promotion visit in Norway.

Of course we understand why the world has gone crazy about Mary's (and Crown Princess Mette-Marit's) evening outfit. They both look absolutely splendid at the gala dinner. Mary wore her old custom-made Søren Le Schmidt evening gown. She embraced it beautifully with a red stone belt from Dolce & Gabbana. Something I would never have though would look good - but it does! Don't you think?

Once again, she managed to accessories her stunning look with great jewellery. Her hairdo revealed beauties created by Rebekka Notkin. She is also the designer of two of Mary's amazing bracelets. We get a glimpse of an Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen bangle as well. Mary wore that earlier on her visit. Dulong Fine Jewelry is the brand behind her huge diamond ring.

I am sure you all noticed the iconic Bottega Veneta clutch. It has been part of her wardrobe for years and it still looks perfect. The smashing golden pointed Manolo Blahnik pumps are also a really wonderful match with the golden jewellery.

Opening of "Mary og Kronprinsesserne" at Koldinghus

31 January

It was truly a day many of us had been waiting for, when Crown Princess Mary and Crown Prince Frederik arrived to Koldinghus in Kolding to attend the official opening of "Mary og Kronprinsesserne". A brand new exhibition about her life and the former Crown Princesses of Denmark. The exhibition takes place on occasion of her 50th birthday.

I had the pleasure to witness their arrival myself. Over ten years ago, I saw the couple for the first time. My second time was just as wonderful. The couple is indeed lovely!

As part of the official opening, Cabinet Secretary and Director of the Royal Collection Henning Fode, and Museum Director Thomas Thulstrup, gave each their speech. The Crown Princess gave the opening speech herself. They were all given a guided tour around the exhibition. Part of the exhibition is a small "video" of the Crown Princess (here). Here she mentions that many have had the privilege to call themself 'Crown Princess', but only few have had the privilege as long as her.

Count Ingolf and Countess Sussie of Rosenborg, and Princess Benedikte also attended the opening. Princess Benedikte is patron for Koldinghus.

Mary looked absolutely splendid at the opening in Kolding. She wore her beautiful pink custom-made Claes Iversen coat. We have seen her wear this stunning piece before, but one more time does not hurt - at all! We get a little glimpse of her wearing a powder pink dress or skirt underneath. This is all I can tell. I love when she wears coats as "dresses".

She embraced the style by wearing rosy patent leather pumps from Gianvito Rossi. She must be very pleased with these pumps, because she has worn them many time before. And really, they match almost anything. The magnificent braided Bottega Veneta box clutch is also a beloved pieces of accessory in her wardrobe. It goes way back in time.

Because of her outstanding hairstyle, we get a really get look at her pink and white diamond earrings. These can be adjusted in length. So far, I have not been able to identify them, but I think they could be purchased on auction. Last but not least, Mary wore her golden Cartier bracelet.

Publication of the CeFU-report 2021

22 November

Many people have experience solitude throughout their life. Short periods, but also more persistent. Solitude has been on the Mary Foundation's agenda for many years and especially the last few years as it is one of the consequences of the pandemic. The foundation has especially focused on solitude among young people.

Once again, the Crown Princess, together with the Mary Foundation, attended an event focusing on solitide. She attended the publication of the CeFU-report "Can youth communities hurt?". A report by the Mary Foundation and Center for Ungdomsforskning - CeFU. The event took place at Tårnby Gymnasium in Kastrup.

Crown Princess Mary also gave a speech at the event in Kastrup. She talked about her own experiences with solitude from when her mother passed away in 1997. The Crown Princess also mentioned how she experienced shorter periodes of solitude.

On occasion of the publication a workshops took place. Crown Princess Mary also participated these herself. The workshop was all about finding ways to create healthy young communities. Later the results of the workshop was presented.

Arriving to Tårnby Gymnasium, Mary was warmly dressed in a brand new light grey winter coat. It shows very few details due to the cover of a floral printed Paul Smith scarf. Maybe we get a glimpse of her coat and will then be able to identify it. The lovely scarf goes way back. She first started wearing it in 2011. Like, when she started her travel to Africa in August 2011 (here).

Underneath, she was wearing a simple darker grey blouse from L.K. Bennett. Mary first wore this blouse at the launch of a UN report in 2016 (here). She matched it with a pair of simple black trousers. These kind of trousers are extremely difficult to find and the same goes with these.

Mary embraced her look with quite a few pieces of jewellery. Of course you noticed that magnificent golden necklace and its pendants. It is from talented Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen. She also wore diamonds bands from the same designer. One in yellow gold and another one in gold. We also see her beloved Cartier bangle.

It looks like Mary was wearing black suede boots. Ankle boots I guess. They do not look new, but I cannot tell where we have seen them before. Maybe we have not. It is different with the bag. The black leather Bottega Veneta bag much be one of her oldest bags along with a certain Chanel bag (here). The glasses are Gucci.

Visiting Vigerslev Allé School

11 November, 2021

Meanwhile her husband and mother-in-law are on official visit in Germany, Crown Princess Mary act as head of state. With this prestiges job also comes her own duties.

On Thursday, she then visited Vigerslev Allé School on occasion of one of the Mary Foundation's project called Skolestyrken. It is a program focused on creating well-being and preventing such as dealing with bullying in schools. Skolestyrken launched in late 2020.

It was truly a pleasure watching the Crown Princess arrived to Vigerslev Allé School. All the children wanted a glimpse of her and a photo with her. She is indeed a popular woman. She was accompanied by Helle Østergaard, the Director of the Mary Foundation. The two of them were also welcomed by school principal René Bang Henriksen.

Crown Princess Mary participated one of the exercises herself. A big part of the program is to include the children as much as possible.

The Mary Foundation shared a few photos from her day at Vigerslev Allé School on social media. One of them is embedded below.

Watching her along with all the students, were the best part. Her face lit up like a Christmas tree on Christmas Eve. What a sight. Second best, was her outfit. Mary looked super stylish and was perfectly dressed for both the occasion and time a year. Denmark is indeed cold and rainy at the moment. I get her choice of clothes.

She styled a brand new navy blue turtleneck blouse with a pair of grey JOSEPH trousers. I kinda like this combo and wonder why I have never though of it myself. Both blouse and trousers remain unidentified. The black coat is another thing. This goes back quite a few years and is from Prada. She has one similar in white as well.

The stunning golden chain bracelet with the beautiful little pendant are both from talented Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen. The other golden bangle is a Cartier creation. I still like the though of it being a gift from her husband due to the name "Love Bracelet". I have never been able to identify her white and yellow diamond studs, but they are lovely. A close look revealed her wearing two Dulong Fine Jewelry rings too.

Mary matched the rest of her outfit with a many years beloved Bottega Veneta leather bag and light grey Prada ankle boots. I really like the color-combo: grey, black, blue and gold. If I was wearing trousers more often, I would try this in an instant!
