Presentation of the National Education Awards 2021

27 September

It was time for the Crown Princess to attend yet another prestiges presentation: The Ministry of Education and Research's National Education Awards 2021. The awards are given to seven teachers or teams of teachers in higher education, who have both inspired and encouraged their students to learn in a more innovative way.

The ceremony took place at the Ministry of Education and Research in Copenhagen.

When arriving, the Crown Princess was welcomed by Minister of Education and Research Jesper Petersen and a flower girl handing over a bouquet to the Crown Princess. Shortly after the arrival, Crown Princess Mary entered the stage accompanied by Jesper Petersen and was ready to hand over the awards.

One of the award winner was Henriette Lorenzen from Copenhagen University College. Flemming Tvede Hansen and Maria Sparre-Petersen from the Royal Academy also received each their award for their amazing work. The other winners were Jakob Egholm Felt from Roskilde University, Nicole Schmitt from University of Copenhagen, Bo From Jacobsen and Claus Bjerre from UCL Business Academy and Vocational College, Maria Sparreming-Petersen Hansen from the Royal Academy, Lars Brian Bach from the Business Academy Kolding and Jan Sturm Almind from the Fredericia Mechanical Engineering School.

When attending the presentation of the National Education Awards 2021, Mary wore a lovely outfit. A dusty grey Hugo Boss blouse and a reused skirt featuring cool golden buttons. She first wore the skirt at the SRSR Conference in 2019 (here). I was not able to identify it back then and I still do not know where it is from. The blouse has also been seen before. Like, when she visited Finland in 2018 (here). A really lovely combination. Very business-like.

She accessorized this amazing outfit with simple pieces of jewellery. The earrings are likely to be from Annikat, but I have never been able to confirm it. Mary has worn them on several occasions. For instance, when celebrating Queen Margrethe on her 78th birthday in 2018 (here) and when opening af new panda plant in 2019 (here). A closer look revealed that she was also wearing one Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen band and a rather large diamond ring from Dulong Fine Jewelry.

In a way I do think the snakeskin Prada pumps do well with the rest of the look, but I am not sure I would have chosen them for this outfit. But I like the twist anyway. Another reuse, is the black Quidam clutch. Great detail.

Dinner for the Army Badge of Honor

26 September

What a night. Crown Princess Mary was invited to attend a very special dinner at Fredensborg hosted by her mother-in-law, Queen Margrethe. The Army Badge of Honor dinner is to honor and reward those form the made an extraordinary serviced in the Danish army. Guest from the Army, Navy and the Air Force were invited to the prestiges dinner.

The Army Badge of Honor medal is given to people, who served the army for 25 years. It was first given in 1945 on King Christian X's birthday and has been an annual tradition since then, but the dinner only takes place every third year.

We got a short glimpse of the Crown Princess, when she arrived to Fredensborg to attend the dinner for the Army Badge of Honor. She was just smiles and looked liked she was looking forward to spend an evening with good food, good company and maybe some good music.

KongehusetKongehusetBilled Bladet

As said, we only got a short and little glimpse of Mary at the arrival to Fredensborg. Nevertheless, that was just enough to see what she was wearing. Due to who was invited, Mary had chosen to wear a very special gown. The Armed Forces' uniform for women. It was designed a few of years ago. At that time, Mary also wore it for the first time, when attending the previous Army Badge of Honoray dinner (here). The dress (or uniform) is indeed beautiful. Just look at the silhouette, the neckline and the blazer-like-jacket.

Mary embraced the style by wearing two sets of earrings from Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen. The mixed and matched two pairs of earrings and pendants. One golden and one silver. What a clever detail, don't you think? I like it. She also wore some golden rings. Her one ring is from I'm Jewel and the other one is a rather new ring from Dulong Fine Jewelry. The black clutch is a reuse, as I think her black pointed pumps are, but I have never been able to identify it.

I love that she is finally having these amazing hairstyles again. Her hair is really long and stunning, and it takes updo's as these. I love it!

The Crown Prince Couple's Prizes 2021

25 September

For sure it was an evening of celebration, when Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary arrived to Vejle Music Teater. They were about to rehearse tonight's big show - the Crown Prince Couple's Prizes 2021. The place to honor and reward extraordinary work and achievements in both art, culture and social work.

In the evening, the royal couple arrived to the teater all dressed up for a wonderful night of celebrating those who have made an extra effort. They were warmly welcomed and both all smiles at the arrival. I guess this is a very special day for the couple. Both because they are able to honor and help artists, organisations, foundations, etc. and because it is a reminder of their wedding because the Crown Prince Couple's Prizes are handed over in company with Bikuben Fonden. It was their wedding gift to the couple.

It was indeed a great show. Both Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary entered the stage and presented the four awards. The Social Prize was given to the social organisation Mødrehjælpen. They have help mothers sine the begning of the 1900. Crown Princess Mary actually visited Mødrehjælpen to hear more about the organisation. It was filmed and broadcasted on the show. Lovely piece of footage (here).

Superflex, an artist group, received the Crown Prince Couple's Culture Prize because of their intens work to create alternative solutions on some of the most problematic global issues. The two Stardust Prizes were given to RedenUng and singer Erika de Casier.

At the rehearsal show, Mary was dressed as earlier when the couple visited Kongernes Jelling in Jelling (here). She matched a brand new striped sweater/vest from Lisa Yang with a dusty blue button-down blouse and simple black trousers. I like the idea of a sweater, a button-down and black trousers, but that sweater really looks way to small on her. Cannot wait to see how she will wear it again. The chic diamond earrings are from Sophie Bille Brahe and the golden bangle from Cartier. We also get a glimpse of a new ring and her old Dulong Fine Jewelry, as well as her Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen diamond band.

In the evening, Mary has changed to something completely different. Her look went from chilled and relaxed to stylish and polished. The beautiful green embroidered skirt is from the Swedish Hennes & Mauritz. She first wore this beauty at Copenhagen Fashion Summit in 2018 (here). I really like the "adjustment" with the black low-shoulder blouse. This piece is also a reuse. Mary embraced the evening style by wearing emerald green earrings once purchased at an Bruun Rasmussen auction. The two bracelets are from Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen and Cartier. I also see one of her Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen diamond bands. She looked amazing in her outfit with the mesh pumps from Gianvito Rossi and glittery Sergio Rossi box clutch.

As told, Mary visited Mødrehjælpen. The visit was captured on tape and was later shown in the award show. At Mødrehjælpen, she stunned. I am truly impressed by her outfit and hope to copy every part of it one day. She paired her rather new Massimo Dutti blazer with a black blouse and trousers. The silhouette is just great. The accessories are new black suede ballet flats from Chloé, old golden earrings from Dulong Fine Jewelry, a Orit Elhanati necklace and one Dulong Fine Jewelry. She wore two golden rings from the same designer. Cartier created her bangle.

Kongernes Jelling

25 September

Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary had traveled to Vejle in Jylland to hand over the prestiges Crown Prince Couple's Prize 2021 in Vejle Music Theater. Before the award show, the couple paid a visit to Museum Kongernes Jelling in Jelling.

Kongernes Jelling is a museum telling stories about the vikings - their kings and impressive buildings. During their visit, the royal couple had plenty time to both greet those who wished for a glimpse of the couple and for their "more official" duties.

Among others, the Crown Prince Couple were told about a new project called Jelling Viking Test Center. They were also shown one of the greatest golden treasures in all of Denmark's history found in Vindlev close to Jelling. The gold treasure is nearly one kilo of gold estimated to have been covered with dirt for more than 1,500 years.

The Couple also had time to visit Jelling Højene. It has its very own number on UNESCO's World Heritage List.

On their way to Jelling, the couple shard a few words and a photo from one of their previous visits (here). Even the couple recognized how little the kids are.

KongehusetBilled BladetBilled BladetTV SydVejle Amts FolkebladBT ● Royal Portraits Gallery

Visiting Jelling, Mary had chosen a comfortable and warm outfit. Really, the weather is not that warm any more here in Denmark. Sarah was able to identify her brand new sweater/vest as Lisa Yang. I am not quite sure what I actually think about this new piece. I like the idea of it, but somehow it looks like the shrunk on her. She matched her new knitted sweater with a simple dust blue button-down. In a way, I think we have seen this shirt before, but I am not quite sure. The black trousers made the outfit looks really relaxed and everyday-like. Kate identified her new coat as Lilienfels.

Mary also accessorized her look with some jewellery for instance her beloved diamond earrings from Sophie Bille Brahe and a rather new bangle from Dulong Fine Jewelry. The other golden bracelets is a Cartier creation. I see an Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen diamonds band as well and another ring (or rings) on her right hand. Still, I need a quality close-up to tell more. Hopefully, that will be possible soon. The same goes with her black (suede?) boots.

Inauguration of Campus Horsens

24 September

Since she married Crown Prince Frederik more than 17 years ago, the Crown Princess has attended a number of inaugurations. She added one more to the list on Friday.

Crown Princess Mary arrived to Horsens a little before 1 o'clock local time to attended the grand inauguration of Campus Horsens at VIA University College. As guest of honor, she was warmly welcomed with smiles - lots of smiles, and flowers. She cut the traditional red ribbon and was then given a guided tour around the facilities.

The new campus offers, among others, 27 different professional bachelor programs with students from 45 different countries. The facilities also got a social and health school and a culture house for young people.

Mary looks amazing in green. This green color is lovely next to her dark brown hair and fair skin. A great colors this time a year. Love when Mary wears colorful clothes. I learned from UFO No More that her new dress is from Beulah London. Just look at those details. The small buttons are so nice for a simple dress like this. The nude Prada belt is spot on. Gives her the hourglass silhouette and show her thin waist beautifully. I would wear the Beulah London dress right away.

She matched the rest of her outfit and especially the belt with nude pointed pumps from Prada. The pointed toe made her legs look longer. Great with the midi length dress. A closer look revealed that she was also wearing quite a few pieces of jewellery. The stunning Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen earrings were perfect with their green stone and white pearls. Even her necklace matched with its green color. It is from Nadia Shelbaya.

She wore three bracelets as well. One from Cartier and the other two are from Dulong Fine Jewelry and Rebekka Notkin. Truly favorites of hers at the moment. I also spotted a golden diamond band from Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen.

100 years with a diplomatic relationsship between Denmark and Switzerland

21 September

Often, Crown Princess Mary is guest of honor at different events. So was she, when she attended a very special dinner on Tuesday evening. The reason for her attendance, was the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the diplomatic realtions between Denmark and Switzerland, and 50 years with Roche in Denmark.

The Ambassador to Switzerland Florence Tinguely Mattli warmly welcomed the Crown Princess when she arrived to the Swiss Embassy in Hellerup. Tinguely Mattli was host of the evening. Richard Wright, Head of Portfolio Strategy and Member of the Board for Roche Dr Christoph Franz also attended the anniversary.

It seems like a wonderful evening for all of them. Crown Princess was really in a splendid mood. All smiles and glimpsing eyes.

Finally, we see that beautiful Alexander McQueen dress again. Mary first wore the dress in 2017, when  Crown Prince Naruhito of Japan paid a visit in Copenhagen (here). I do like this dress, but I also have many others I like a bit more. She changed that at the 100th anniversary celebration of the diplomatic realtionsship between Denmark and Switzerland. Mary looked stunning!

She embraced the style by wearing some pretty incredible jewellery. Of course, we all noticed her new Dulong Fine Jewelry earrings first. The magnificent emerald beads pieces worked as pendants for golden earrings from the same talented designer. Mary also matched them with a few other green jewellery. Like the thin and elegant Nadia Shelby necklace and her Dulong Fine Jewelry ring. A wonderful choice to pick the same colored stones. She wore a couple of bracelets as well. One from Cartier, two others from Dulong Fine Jewelry.

The black glitter box clutch from Sergio Rossi looked great with the rest of her outfit. Gives it a bit sparkle and glamour. Perfect for the event. The same goes with the Arteana pointed sling-back pumps. They are a light touch for an evening look. Her hairstyle was so inspiring.

WHO Regional Committee for Europe (RC71)

13 September

Crown Princess Mary is truly dedicated to her patronages. Every single one of time. The last couple of years, she has been really committed to her work as patron of the WHO Regional Committee for Europe. On monday, she participated yet another event with the committee. More specifically, WHO Regional Committee for Europe RC71. The meeting took place in the UN-City in Copenhagen and due to the pandemic, the meeting was held virtually.

The Crown Princess was "accompanied" by, among others, Ministers of Health and representatives from all 53 members states in WHO Regional Committee for Europe. The meeting was all about health issues and how to process them in a better direction.

WHO Regional Director for Europe Dr Hans Henri P. Kluge and WHO Director Genereal Dr Tedros Adhamom Gebreyesus both spoke at the gathering. So did the Crown Princess. She gave the opening speech (here).

Mary was indeed looking good at the meeting in the UN-City. She was dressed in a reused suit from Andiata. The color is really stunning. I always loved it. In genereal you know I love suits, but this color is so nice. It is called rose cloud by the designer and I get why. Think the blouse is an old one too, but it has never been identified. At least not what I know of. But the details are so beautiful. Looks really good with the suits!

She embraced the professional outfit with golden diamond earrings from Sophie Bille Brahe and her beloved Cartier bangle. There is also an Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen diamond band next to her other diamond ring. This second ring has somehow replaced her wedding and engagement rings. To me it looks like she was wearing a few other rings as well, but the lack of photos makes it hard for me to tell more about them.

The Prada leather bag is almost exact same color as her suit. What a detail. I absolutely love, when Mary pair clothes and accessories from different designers in the very same color. Gianvito Rossi is the creator of those magnificent suede pointed pumps.

Royal Run 2021

12 September

So many people have been looking for to participate Royal Run last year, but unfortunately it was cancelled quite a few time due to the worldwide pandemic. Finally, Crown Prince Frederik and his family were able to enjoy a day running with most of Denmark.

Crown Prince Frederik participated runs in Odense, Sønderborg and Copenhagen/Frederiksberg. Meanwhile, his white Crown Princess Mary flew to Aalborg and participated a five kilometer run. Princess Isabella, Prince Vincent and Princess Josephines earned their medals in Copenhagen with a one miles run (here). Prince Vincent also participated the five kilometer race. Even the family dog, Grace, had her part in making the day perfect (here).

So, Crown Princess Mary traveled to Aalborg to celebrate the day with five kilometers. On her way to Aalborg, she shared a photo of herself along with a few words. For her the most important about this day, is to make it a great day and a lovely experience for all of the participants.

Mary was differently dressed for a run. She showed up in Aalborg wearing her rather new 7 DAYS Active running tights. The same worn at celebration one month for Royal Run (here). Prince Vincent had photographed and filmed his parents a month before the big day. In Aalborg, Mary also wore a running jacket and blouse from CRAFT featuring the Royal Run logo.

When exercising, Mary loves wearing a cap and a ponytail. She continued the tradition. Her Under Amour cap and Kknakki hairband, complimented each other perfectly. We also got a glimpse of two golden necklaces. They are from Orit Elhanati and Dulong Fine Jewelry - she truly loves wearing this combo at the moment. The same goes with her golden Cartier bangle.

After the run in Aalborg and being back in Copenhagen, cheering her husband, Mary had changed trousers to a brand new pair of H2O Fagerholt trousers. I learned about the designer at UFO No More. Adore that fact that Mary is wearing trousers like these in public.

Day 2. Milan Design Week 2021

08 September

Crown Princess Mary is visiting Italy on occasion of Milan Design Week 2021 - the worlds biggest annual design event. It takes place in Milan. She already visited the participating Danish companies and their exhibitions at Museo Nazionale Scienza e Tecnologia Leonardo Da Vinci (here).

On the second (and last) day in Milan, Crown Princess Mary participated a round table debate arranged by the Danish embassy in Rome and Dansk Arkitektur Center. The debate took place at Museo Nazionale Scienza e Tecnologia Leonardo Da Vinci, where the Danish companies participating are having thri exhibitions. In her opening speech, she included today's theme: how Denmark work finding solutions to more environmentally friendly options.

Later, she visited Fondazione Prada, who works with (among other things) art and restoring old buildings. She was also given the opportunity to meet three of the participating Danish companies. Both Fritz Hansen, Carl Hansen & Søn and Gabriel welcomed the Crown Princess with smiles and kind words.

In the evening, she attended a gala dinner that marked the end of her visit in Milan. The dinner took place at the beautiful Galleria Rossana Orlindi. The gallery's owner Rossana Orlandi happily gave Crown Princess Mary a guided tour around the gallery.

When attending the round table debate, Mary dazzled wearing her black Carolina Herrera dress. It features the most stunning dotted print and wrap beautifully around her slim body. She has worn the dress before with the very same Max Mara belt. I really like the dress with a belt. Makes it a bit more edgy and chic.

She embraced the look by wearing a number of jewellery. Her white pearl earrings goes waaay back in time. They are from Dulong Fine Jewelry. A perfect pair of earrings for an outfit like this. Once again, she showed how to wear more than one necklace. These two are from Orit Elhanati and Dulong Fine Jewelry. The stunning large golden cuff is a design by Rebekka Notkin. Worn quite a lot lately. The same goes with her Cartier bracelet and the three rings from Dulong Fine Jewelry and Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen.

Mary matched the outfit with a black leather handbag from Prada. I have always adores Prada's handbags. They are incredible and fashionable for years. Maybe one day I will be able too afford my own. Her black suede mesh pumps is Gianvito Rossi - Mary's absolute favourite shoe designer.

At the gala dinner, Mary had changed everything about her outfit. She showed up wearing a super old Prada dress. She rocked it! That new blazer (as she used as a cape) has been identified as Paul Smith. I learned about that on UFO No More. A really nice new piece of clothes.

Mary wore many of the same jewellery as either that day. The necklace, bracelets and ring. She added one of her Rebekka Notkin necklaces and a golden diamond ring from the same designer. The powder pink embellished Prada clutch and that peep-toe Prada pumps made an incredible addition to the rest of Mary's outstanding evening look. I truly understand why she caught everybody's attention at the dinner.

Day 1. Milan Design Week 2021

07 September

For about a month or so, we got the news that Crown Princess Mary was going to Italy to attend Milan Design Week 2021, which is the worlds biggest annual design event. This year, Denmark is also participating with prestiges event with representatives focusing on sustainability and the circular economic in Danish design and of course architecture. Crown Princess Mary is staying in Italy for two days.

The Danish exhibition is a collaboration between the royal danish embassy in Italy, Creative Denmark, Dansk Arkitektur Center, Dansk Industri, Realdania, VisitDenmark and the participating companies.

On her first day, she first paid a visit to Museo Nazionale Scienza e Tecnologia Leonardo Da Vinci. Here the Danish companies have their exhibitions. She was welcomed by Museum Director Fiorenzo Galli, Mayor of Milan Beppe Sala and Gallery owner Rossana Orlandi.

The Danish participants were clearly happy and proud to see the Crown Princess in Milano. It was with grey interest that Crown Princess Mary toured around the exhibition. She also gave the opening speech at the In-genius Waste Ceremony.

Personally, I have packed out my winter wardrobe. Woolen sweaters, tickers tights and longer dresses. Not Mary. She dressed up in a powder pink Marc Jacobs dress. Sure, the weather is different in Italy this time a year, but it seems a little strange with the weather we have in Denmark at the moment. Nevertheless, Mary looked splendid! Maybe you remember that she got the exact same dress in red. She already won my vote with the red one, but this is just as pretty.

Gold and powder pink are a magnificent match. I get why Mary chose this combination. The golden earrings are from Dulong Fine Jewelry. The same designer also created one of her necklaces, two of the golden rings and that curved new cuff. It is lovely, right? I really like how Mary was wearing all these stunning jewellery - plenty of them. It inspires me to wear more jewellery. Orit Elhanati created the second necklace and Rebekka Notkin is the talented designer of Mary's two other bracelets on her right wrist. The last bracelet is from Cartier. She also wore an Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen diamond band.

For sure you noticed that new small leather handbag. I learned at UFO No More that it is from Max Mara. Even though it is not that big, it will hold every essential you need on the go. I adore these smal handbags. My collection of small handbags are all vintage from the 50's. Mary's Gianvito Rossi snakeskin pumps are a prefect choice for this outfit.

Carlsberg Foundation's Research Awards 2021

05 September

Every year, Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek host the Carlsberg Foundation's Research Award ceremony. The annual event honor research, researchers and science. Every year, two researchers (one scientific and one from humanities / social sciences) are honored with a personal reward on 250,000 Danish Kroner and 750,000 Danish Kroner to support their research.

For many years, Crown Princess Mary has attended the ceremony as guest of honor. So did she at this years award show at Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek. She also attended the following dinner.

She was welcomed by Minister of Education and Research Jesper Petersen, President of the Society of Sciences Marie Louise Nosch and Chairman of the Board of the Carlsberg Foundation Flemming Besenbacher.

Crown Princess Mary entered the stage and handed over the first award to Professor Dorthe Berntsen, who was given the prestige award because of her research in the human ability to remember experiences in the personal past and imagine possible events in the personal future. Then she presented the second award winner, Professor Eske Willerslev. He received the award for his years endless research in plants, animals, microorganisms and humans of the past as well as their evolution and interaction in time and place.⁣

I do not know what you think, but I am in love with Mary's outfit at the Research Awards ceremony at Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek. What a stunning look! The snow-white dress is a custom made dress by David Andersen. She has worn the dress on four other occasions. Like in 2014, when she hosted a dinner in relation Copenhagen Fashion Summit (here). Or when the Crown Prince Couple visited South Korea two years ago (here). Amazing how a simple white dress can look, right?

She was indeed the queen of white because Mary has chosen all white accessories. I think we first saw the white pearl embroidered clutch back in 2014 (here). Seven years later, I still do not know where it is from. Maybe one day we will know. Nevertheless, it is a super beautiful little clutch. Just as magnificent as the white pointed leather pumps from Gianvito Rossi. They are also old.

As jewellery, I recognize her golden Cartier bracelet and of course her wedding earrings created by Dulong Fine Jewelry. The story goes that the earrings was Mary's morning gift from her husband designed with help from Mary herself. The second bracelet is studded with white pearls. I feel it could be something purchased on auction. The diamond ring is Dulong Fine Jewelry.

The official Flag Day 2021

05 September

It was all about honoring those lost in battle. Those who fight for a better world and for those families who stand by and give their support on a daily basis. Since 2009, September 5th has been Denmark's official Flag Day. That day we every year honor those in battle and those who have been on a mission for Denmark.

Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary have attended Flag Day for several years. On Sunday, they attended a few activities on the occasion of Flag Day. First, they visited Kastellet in Copenhagen to pay their respect with a wreath.

A number of the Danish Government also attended the ceremony at Kastellet and the following church service in Holmens church. The service was part of the honoring the Danish soldiers we lost in battle. It was indeed emotional for the both of them and everybody else attending the service.

Mary was beautifully dressed at the ceremony at Kastellet and the following church service in Holmens church - which, by the way, is the same church as hosted the christening of Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine. She has chosen to wear one of her old printed dresses from Max Mara. Actually, the dress is a wedding dress. Nevertheless, it is simply stunning and very appropriate for the occasion. It looked really beautiful with that black Prada coat. Also a reuse.

She embraced the style with a fine black straw hat created by Susanne Juul. It featured an added "flower". To match the rest of her outfit, she wore white pearl earrings from Dior. Mary has worn these earrings on so many different occasions and once again, she shows how to wear something most people think are old-fashioned. I love it.

A chunky heel can be a bit clumsy if it is not styled the right way. Yes, they are indeed more comfortable to wear, but not always as elegant as a thin heel. That is my personal opinion. Because of the long black coat, her chunky Jimmy Choo pumps looked super classy. The clutch is Carlend Copenhagen.

Copenhagen Business School Responsibility Day 2021

01 September

The last couple of weeks, Crown Princess Mary has had so much to do. She has attended different activities on occasion of Copenhagen 2021, attended the 10th anniversary conference with the Social Capital Foundation and visited Maribo to open Lolland Business School.

On Wednesday, she welcomed a new month by attending Copenhagen Business School's Responsibility Day. The Responsibility Day has been an annual tradition since 2010. It marks the first day for new bachelor students at Copenhagen Business School (also called CBS). The Responsibility Day is also a day of responsibility in relations to businesses.

Crown Princess Mary attended the event for the fourth time and once again, she gave a speech about, among other things, sustainability. She also included how we have had to adapt to what the pandemic has caused. But it also made us make changed that have been for the better. As Crown Princess Mary said in her speech, it is no longer business as usual. We have to rethink and be innovative. Read all of her speech here.

On their first day, the students also met some of their teachers, businesses leaders and students organizations. I believe, it was a great first day for the students beginning a whole new part of their life. Guess, it was an honor for the Crown Princess to attend this incredible event one more time.

Mary really impressed me with her simple and business-like outfit at Copenhagen Business School's Responsibility Day. She was wearing one of her old white JOSEPH dresses. At the event, she belted it with a think black doubled-buckled belt. I think it could be new. Cannot remember ever having seen it before, but I could be wrong in that assumption. She first wore the dress at the FSR Award Ceremony in 2014 (here). A year later, Mary embraced the style again at a state visit to Germany (here).

She accessorized her lovely white dress with dusty pink/nude suede pointed pumps from Gianvito Rossi. The color is a bit tricky, but look at her Prada tote bag and you will see that the color is quite similar. I have a hard time describing this particular color, but it looks great that both pumps and bag matched.

Given her speech, Mary added brown Gucci glasses to the look. I like her wearing glasses. We also get a glimpse of two golden necklaces. They are truly loved by her at the moment. They are from Orit Elhanati and Dulong Fine Jewelry, who also created the golden earrings. Rebekka Notkin is the designer of her rather large cuff. She wore a couple of golden rings as well. To me, they are both Dulong Fine Jewelry. One of them are from their new up-coming collection.

The Social Capital Foundation's 10-year anniversary

24 August

Since 2007, Crown Princess Mary has represented the Mary Foundation and worked on its behalf. On Tuesdays, she attended The Social Capital Foundation's 10th anniversary along with the Mary foundation. The foundation celebrated the big day with an anniversary conference.

The Social Capital Foundation has invested in companies and organisations, who work to solves social issues, since 2011.

Chairman of the Board Peter Engberg Jensen and Leading Partner of the Social Capital Foundation Lars Jannick Johansen also attended the 10th anniversary conference. They two of them warmly welcomed Crown Princess Mary when she arrived to the big event.

As guest of honor, the Crown Princess had prepared a speech. She gave her sincere words to the Social Capital Foundation and praised their hard work to find solutions to solve some of the many social issues we battle today - for instance solitude. Judging by her smiles, I guess the Crown Princess was truly happy to attend the conference.

Lately, we have seen some pretty amazing outfits. When attending the Social Capital Foundation's 10th anniversary conference, Mary showed up wearing one incredible outfit - again. She wore her old Hugo Boss blouse featuring the most beautiful neckline with a reused floral printed midi skirt from Andiata all belted with a braided Gucci belt. Mary first wore this stunning skirt at the inauguration of Aabybro school near Aalborg in 2016 (here).

When entering the stage, Mary used her Tom Ford glasses. At that time, we also got a closer look at her golden Dulong Fine Jewelry earrings. She has them in two different sizes and it seems like she loves them quite a lot. A tiny glimpse revealed her two golden necklace from Orit Elhanati and Dulong Fine Jewelry. Once again, Mary embraced the style by wearing three of her beloved bracelets. One from Cartier matched with a Dulong Fine Jewelry bangle and the a Rebekka Notkin creation. A really nice combo.

That soft grey, rosy Prada tote bag has become a favourite of hers. For years, Mary has worn it a similar events. Like when she attended a Free of Bullying seminar in 2015 (here) and at RC69 - WHO Regional Committee for Europe in 2019 (here). The same goes with the powder pink patent leather pumps from Gianvito Rossi.
