CFS+

12th October

Usually, the Copenhagen Fashion Summit is this great event that gathers people from all over the world in Copenhagen to discuss the matter of fashion. Crown Princess Mary has attended the event for many years and now she even reached the status of patron for the Global Fashion Agenda.

On that purpose, she also attended this year but everything was a bit different that we are use to, because CFS+ took place as a digital summit due to the current situation with COVID19. The global pandemic already changed a lot of what we knew, but it also is the reason why we get even more innovative and creative with our lifes. When one door closes, another one opens.

CFS+ is this digital summit that focuses on sustainable fashion. It gathers all kinds of participating people form the fashion industry from all around the word. Both experts, NOG's politicians and medias gather up and debate what solutions are needed to improve the industry and make it more sustainable.

Crown Princess Mary was interviewed by CEO of Global Fashion Agenda, Eva Kruse. Among other things, the two of them discussed value during the almost 15 minutes interview. The video taped interview took place in DR's Concert Hall in Copenhagen and was broadcasted as part of the summit on Monday.

Judging by what she was wearing during the interview, I guess it was recorded before or after she attended the International Day of the Girl Child on October 7th, here. Mary was wearing the exact same outfit on both events. Even her jewellery were the same.

For her interview, Mary was dressed in a black suit. We know the blazer is a reuse one from Alexander McQueen and because the trousers are much like his design too it is likely that they are from the same designer. Please note that I have no visual proof yet. She matched her black sui with a dark green blouse. So far, I have not been able to identify the blouse.

The amazing combination of jewellery made her outfit complete. Everything golden looks great with both green and black. Her earrings, the green ring and two of the golden bracelets are all pieces from talented Dulong Fine Jewelry. The ring is a rather new addition. It features a green stone and diamonds on each side. Ole Lynggard Copenhagen is the other designer that have created several of her jewellery. Some of them are this long necklace and its pendants. Cartier takes the prize for having created her last golden bangle. The masterpiece. The love bracelet.

Because everthing else matches what she wore on October 7th, I guess she was wearing her black pointed leather pumps from Gianvito Rossi as well, here.
