Exhibition about Countess Danner

28 April 2025

Queen Mary will attend the official opening of a new exhibition of Countess Danner within a couple of days on April 30th.

On that occasion the Queen has agreed to participated in a small interview casted at the exhibition about the Countess and her life based on the Countess' personal and historical belongings.

Queen Mary visited the exhibition herself on April 28th prior to the grand opening.

The exhibition is open for the public at Frederiksborg from May 1st to November 16th 2025.

Mary first wore the bespoke coat at Flag Day in 2020. It is created by Danish designer Søren Le Schmidt. The sculptures details are simple exquisite! She honored the designer by wearing his creation on the day of Crown Prince Christian's 18th birthday in 2023. When visiting Frederiksborg she also wore a fine beige wool cape. It is a reuse but I have never been able to identify it.

She also embraced the style of her beautiful coat with her beloved blue Connaught Sapphire Brooch with diamonds and white pearls. A stunning match with the diamond earrings and Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen rings. Her nude python pumps are from Gianvito Rossi.

Her bright The Fold London blouse is still up for debate. At first I was no big fan but as times goes by I have come to like it. At the "Detecting Violence in the Family"-conference she embraced the colorful blouse with brand new plum The Fold London trousers. A wonderful match! Not quite sure about the suede belt. Maybe a black belt or something similar in color to the blouse? What would you wear?

Wish my wardrobe had as many Gianvito Rossi shoes as Mary's does. These pointed leopard pumps have been a favorite of mine for years. At first I was skeptical but once again she changed my mind. Her chic blue leather bag is a reuse from Prada. It goes back to around 2016. Mary also flashed a pair of new Gucci glasses at the conference.

Her beautiful white pearl earrings are created by talented Dulong Fine Jewelry years ago. Mary has worn them countless times on different occasions. The sames goes with the stunning golden ring.

Day of Research's 20th anniversary

23 April 2025

Queen Mary was guest of honor at the 20th anniversary celebration of Day of Research. The event took place Wednesday evening with an event at Nørrebro Theatre in Copenhagen.

The event honored two decades of science and knowledge and highlighted how climate changes, AI and living conditions can shape our society and planet in the future all the way to 3025.

I have only been able to find a few photos of Mary from her arriving Nørrebro Theatre. They show a beautifully dressed Queen wearing a reused Andiata suit and a fine black v-neck blouse. I'm pretty sure the blouse is also a reuse. Like how she matched the soft color of the suit with those Gianvito Rossi python pumps and the checkered clutch. Mary has worn the clutch for a number of different occasions but it has never been identified. It goes to be Prada but I'm not sure.

What interest me most is her earrings. The one thing we can't see. Looks like Rose Quartz pendants. From what I have seen, I think they are brand new.
