It was a big day for the Danish company LEGO when they were about to open the new LEGO House in Billund. LEGO House is a 12,000 square feet experience center focusing on a combination of play and learning. Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary were both invited to attend the official opening and they brought with them all four children -Prince Christian, Princess Isabella, Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine. All of them were in a great mood when they arrived to Billund. As part of the opening ceremony, the Crown Princess was invited on stage to give the opening speech. During the opening six big LEGO bricks were placed on top of each other to create a figure. The Crown Princess and the twins placed the last brick. As part of the visit the family was given a tour around the new facilities, associated exhibitions and they got to try some of the activities, here. Such as a visit to LEGO Local Community Engagement with the opportunity to create something with some of million bricks. The kids really seemed to enjoy themselves and so did their parents.
Simply wonderful to see all of them together at the opening of LEGO House in Billund. Also to get a look of all six royal outfits. Prince Christian and his younger brother Prince Vincent stunned in matching suits, meanwhile Princess Isabella and Princess Josephine dazzled in skirts and fine jackets. Before I comment on what Mary was wearing, then I have to draw your attention to her husbands suit. I am amazed by Frederik's suit. It looks all very chic and polished and I love the fact that he compliment his wife this perfectly. Can't hide my excitement. Then Mary. No doubt that she managed to draw much attention because of her new bright red dress. Heaven was able to identify it as Dolce & Gabbana. She even made me aware of the fact that Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway has worn the exact same dress less than a week before Mary wore her dress, here. Two very different women; same dress. Mary had chosen to accessorize her outfit with diamond earrings and rings from Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen and a golden Orit Elhanati necklace. The pointed pumps are from Prada and the matching beige clutch is from the Danish company Naledi Copenhagen. All very talented designers.
