It was on occasion of the opening of OECD Forum on June 6th that the Crown Princess attended a delegation dinner with the Danish ambassador of OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) in Paris. Theme of this year's ministerial meeting is Making Globalization Work: Better lives for All. Focus is on how to make the benefits of globalization shared more equally. The following day she, among other things, had a meeting with the French First Lady Birgitte Macron on occasion of her presence in Paris. It was as guest of honor Mary attended the prestigious dinner. The Crown Princess arrived around 8:00 pm. local time and was warmly welcomed by the host himself. She was in a splendid mood! Several Danish and international representatives were also present at dinner.
I am not sure what I had expected to see her wear at the dinner, but nothing like this. That's for sure. Actually I never thought we would see Mary in anything like this. And again, we never really know what she will wear. I learned about the identify of the dress from Heaven, she kindly shared her thoughts and findings with me. According to her, Mary's new dress is from Jason Wu and I think she is absolutely right. Don't think we have ever seen Mary wear anything from that designer before, but I certainly hope it's not the last time. She embrace a summer chic look by wearing her twisted golden necklace from Orit Elhanati -one we haven't seen for quite some time actually, a gold bracelet from Cartier, a Dulong Fine Jewelry bracelet and her black Carlend Copenhagen clutch. Last, but not least she wore her black Gianvito Rossi pumps featuring mesh details. She wore the exact same pumps just a few days before at a dinner in Sweden, here. I'm already looking forward to see what she has planned for the next couple of days!
