Crown Princess Mary attended the opening of Ordrupgaard's exhibition in Charlottenlund.
Yesterday she celebrated her birthday, 42 years old! I already wished her a happy birthday and today it's time for me to send all my best wishes to her sister-in-law Princess Marie. Because today she turns 38 years old. She was, like Mary, celebrated behind closed doors by friends and family. Earlier this morning Mary attended the Elite Research Conference 2014 in Ny Carlsberg Glyptotekt. Arround dinner time she arrived to Ordrupgaard in Charlottenlund, a little outside Copenhagen, to attend the opening of their new exhibition. She was the guest of honor. With a big smile on her face she was welcomed from the second she arrived in her black car perfectly matching her outfits as well as the dark evening. I think I would call this visit a little more private than usually, it's so hard to find anything from her appearance at the opening. No photos, not articles, nothing. Luckily, I'm in contact with the sweet and dear Agnés Colbert who kindly have shared all her photos with me, so I can share it all with you. I may have some of the best photos to show! Thanks Agnés, it means the world to me that I'm able to share your beautiful photos. After the opening speech, she was given a guided tour around to see the exhibition. She was introduced to the pairings and had some time alone to admire the art in front of her. Her smile and laugh was even bigger when she met a good old friend Per Thornit, who is the Crown Prince couples former Lord Chamberlain. He resigned in 2010. But it was a happy reunion when they met at the exhibition in Charlottenlund. He was accompanied by his wife Ulla. They both seemed to enjoy all the exhibited art.

Well, well, well now we are talking! A classy new black dress and the most amazing new pumps. I have to admit, I was not overwhelmed by her look earlier at the presentation in Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek but it's was indeed beautiful. Sometimes we have to wait before we get something like this. I almost lost my breath when Agnés shared her photos with me... I was so exited and I still am. I truly admire this outfit. A magnificent match of clothes and accessories. Despite how much I want it, it was not me who identified her brand new dress, which by the way features a beaded belt in the waist line !(!). Her dress was found by Kate who I thanks of all my heart for sharing her findings with me. I could talk about this dress for hours; it suits her beautifully. I have a similar dress with some other beadings on the upper body and it's vintage but in general it's more or less the same. Now I love my own dress even more because though you can mix and match almost everything with a black dress, you sometimes run out of inspiration. BAM! Now I have my next evening outfit thanks to Mary and her incredible style. The sheer tights she had chosen was perfect because then we had a much better look at the new pumps. I can feel my heart is still beating totally uncontrolled. Her shoes is from Gianvito Rossi, a shoe designer she has been wearing a couple of times lately and I'm sure it is not the last time -hope not. This model looks so stunning on her foot and makes a great combo with the Prada dress. In a similar colour as on the shoes, she wore a pair of earrings. New? I'm not a 100% sure if we have seen them before. Then she wore her Shamballa Jewels bracelet and two out of three diamonds rings from Ole Lynggaard. Again we have the red nail polish and Carlend Copenhagen crock clutch. Two things I never get tired of. I would so much like to her your thoughts about this outfit! Oh.. I almost forgot her coat, it's a black Prada coat.
