31st October 2022
A while ago, it was announced that Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary were going on a business promotion visit in Vietnam. A visit with a green agenda.
On October 31st, the royal couple arrived in Hanoi. They payed a visit to a very specific place. A place which they have visited once before. The home where late Prince Henrik once lived as a child. In 2009, the Crown Prince Couple visited the place along with the Prince and Queen Margrethe while they were on a state visit in Vietnam.
The couple posted a little something on social media from the visit in Hanoi with a note saying: it is a pleasure to be back.
Mary looked absolutely stunning next to her husband, when visiting Prince Henrik's childhood home in Hanoi. She wore a breathtaking new dress from Sandro. I learned about the dress from Royal Fashion Police, who managed to identify her beautiful new dress. I so much look forward to see this dress be styled in the future (here).
She embraced the casual style by wearing rather large golden earrings created by talented Dulong Fine Jewelry. Among others, Mary wore these incredible earrings, when attending Copenhagen 2021 (here). We also get a glimpse of her beloved golden bracelet designed by Rebekka Notkin. A bracelet she has become very fond of since she first wore it.
Do you recognize those brown leather sandals? They are from Michel Vivien. A pair of shoes that was a mystery to me for a very long time. I truly want a pair of my own. Imagine them worn with loose trousers, a pencil skirt, jeans etc. The combinations are endless.
So. What do you think of Mary's private-visit-outfit? I am a fan.
