Friday, March 8th
A few days prier to her attendance in Copenhagen Crown Princess Mary participated a command course as First Lieutenant at Vordingborg Barracks and earned degree as Captain, here.
On March 8th she arrived to the UN City in Copenhagen to attend 'Gender Diversity's Roundtable Denmark', which is an initiative on equality. 'Gender Diversity's Roundtable Denmark' is established by the Boston Consulting Group and the UN Women's Nordic Office. Members of these two, work every day to promote gender diversity in Denmark through, among others, sharing knowledge and think tanks.
The Crown Princess was in a splendid mood during her participation in the roundtable meeting. She was one happy face. Seems like Crown Princess Mary was in her right element among others who are also passioned about development and improvement on equality.
Sixteen other Danish leaders also took part in the meeting along with the Crown Princess, who attended as guest of honor.
I kinda loved Mary in her green uniform when participating the command course in Vordingborg, but getting to see her in a matching outfit makes my day. I have always had a crush on colour matching outfits and navy blue is one of my favourite colours. Doesn't really get any better. She stunned wearing an old Chloé skirt and a figure hugging, long-sleeved blouse from Ralph Lauren. It was also worn at an event in 2016 at the premiere of 'Concussion', here. Even the tights matched in colour. That is called style in my opinion.
Mary styled her blue look with an old Prada leathers bag in... blue! I never found the right combo of colours. Mary's comes with light blue interior and I can only find it in red, here. Nevertheless, its name is clear.
The suede high boots looks brand new to me. Think they look similar to these worn on March 1st, when Prince Nikolaos held his grand opening of a new photo exhibition in Rundetårn. So far I have not identified them. Else it goes with the necklace. It is a circle pendant studded with bright diamonds from Katerina Pitzner. Mary has it in two different sizes. This is medium sized. Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen is the designer of a few of her diamond rings.
