It is now ten year since the Crown Prince Couple’s Prizes were founded on this annual event. The Crown Prince couple's awards are given in collaboration with the Bikuben Foundation who plays a significant role because this was their gift to the couple on behalf of their weeding back in 2004. This is the couple's way to honor Danish artists of all kinds and I am sure it is something they really look forward to. Looking at their faces at the arrival I believe they were more than ready to enjoy the evening together with the rest of Denmark -the show was broadcasted live on Danish television which I of course had to watch. And what a show! The couple handed over DKK 50,000 to the Stardust winners actor Johanne Louise Schmidt and photographer Lærke Posselt. The Crown Prince Couple’s Culture Prize was given, along with DKK 500,000, to furniture designer Cecilie Manz. Last, but not least DKK 500,000 given TUBA who received the Social Prize. Congratulations to all the winners!! You do a great job.

I thought you might be interested in all her previous outfit during the last ten years. Because of this little "anniversary" I think it's time to share pictures of her other outfits from previous awards: 2006200720082009201020112012 & 2013.

This year Mary was dressed in a reused pink Prada dress, similar to a coat of hers which she had chosen not to wear yesterday evening. 2004 is the first time we saw it, when Frederik and her visited Aarhus. Then again in 2009 on occasion of Prince Henrik turing 75 years old, and again in 2012 on occasion of Queen Margrethe’s 40 years as Queen of Denmark. Everything from the dress to the accessories was a perfect fit. She wore earrings, a bracelet, a ring and two of three hair pins made from the leafs on her ruby tiara. As you know was the red ruby parure something the Crown Princess inherited from his grandmother Queen Ingrid. The little clutch, which of course also matched the rest of the outfit, is handmade by Naledi Copenhagen (AW11-12). I will not hide that I have had some trouble figuring out where exactly her glitter leopard pumps are from. At first I thought Gianvito Rossi. Then I was convinced Rupert Sanderson was the designer, but I keep coming back to Gianvito Rossi. Now I finally have the proof; a close up of the shoes and now there is no doubt in my mind. I really can't get enough of Mary's evening outfit. The pink colours looks incredibly on her especially because of her dark brown hair. As always, her makeup was flawless!
