Presentation of the Carlsberg Foundation's Research Awards 2024
04 September 2024
Queen Mary was warmly welcomed by the Carlsberg Foundation's Chairman Majen Schultz, Chairman of the Award Committee Mette Birkedal Bruun and Danish Minister of Research Christina Egelund, when she arrived at Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek in Copenhagen.
The Queen was about the to attend the presentation the Carlsberg Foundation's Research Award 2024. The awards are given to honor Danish scientists who have contributed to the foundation of research on an international level. With the awards, the foundation hope to encourage more research and hopefully more fieldwork.
This years recipients are Archeologist Rubina Raja, Professor at Aarhus University and Biochemist Jesper Qualmann Svejstrup, Professor at Copenhagen University. Congratulations to both of them!
Mary looked like a shining star! I always adore this Moss & Spy dress. The detailing are so exquisite and delicate. The lace work is incredible. It is the forth time she wears the dress. First was in 2019 at a business promotion visit in Paris in October. Then at the opening of 'Mind the Music' in 2021 and again in 2023 at an official dinner. Which outfit do you fancy most?
She beautifully accessories her elegant dress with a brand new hairpiece from Ellen Hunter. About now, she owns six of these stunning combs. I bet you, more are coming. Love the combo of soft curls and a little shimmer.
The custom-made Dulong Fine Jewelry earrings are a perfect match. Did you know that these earrings comes with a variety of different pendants? - diamond, rose quartz, amethyst. She also wore fine golden bangles and some other sparkly bracelets.
Midnight blue Gianvito Rossi pumps and a matching blue satin box clutch from Prada. What is not to like? Think this is my favorite outfit worn with this dress.
