In New York for L'ONU Conference

September, 28

Crown Princess Mary attended the UN conference on female circumcision in New York. She attended the conference with the Danish Ministry of Social Affairs focusing on women's rights and battered women.

Crown Princess Mary did also attend The Global Citizen Festival 2013 in Central Park, New York where she gave a speech.

Crown Princess Mary at the UN conference

Mary is an important person for this conference. She has great influence and can create a huge attention to the subject; female circumcision. She spent many hours and days in the year 2013 to draw attention to girls and women's rights, health and living standards over the year. her concern for others that could make a difference is significant for those who need it. She shows surplus by helping people in need. Those who need help the most, Mary gives a helping hand - a second opportunity - a chance for a better life - a life where your voice are heard. On each table it was stated where the various participants come from in the world. Denmark had two representatives. Members from Italy, Liberia, Sierra Leone and members on the United Nations. During the conference Mary had a little chat different of these members. Dressed in a white By Malene Birger blouse and probably a red Hugo Boss pencil skirt, she paid attention to whatever any of them would say.

With the sun shining directly in her eyes, hard time seeing who were in front of her, Mary held a short speech, in english of course, with a very clear and strong message: we need to do something and we are doing what we can to get this problem solved. Hundreds of people were standing right in front of her, listening to her and her precious words. With no sense of doubt and no paper at all to help her on the big scene her massage was given. Mary proved that there are being taken care of oppression of women and she among other is there to help. For us to see Mary standing like this on a scene is rare, actually I'm pretty this is the first time we have ever seen that. This is highly important to her. In Axara Paris blouse and black trousers she kept everyone silent. Her speech was met with an laud applause.

Australian Women’s Weekly

The future Queen of Denmark, Crown Princess Mary was on the latest cover of the Australian Women's Weekly because of their 80th birthday. The photos are taken by photographer Michelle Holden at Amalienborg in Copenhagen. You see all over wonderful photos right here! We also see a photo of Mary with her oldest daughter Princess Isabella and the families dog Ziggy. Even though she wearing the most expensive gowns, there is a very unique and homely atmosphere. I love every single one of them! I keep looking at them, over and over again. I'm simple amazed.

Majestic Mærsk

Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary attended the baptism of one of Mærks' container ships which is the world's largest. As the traditions prescribe a champagne bottle was smashed against the side of the ship and by that the container ship was names Majestic Mærsk.

Tradition says no white dresses at all when you're a guest at a weeding, but no rules when it comes to baptizing the world's largest container ship. In a plain snow white coat Mary looked fantastic. I think she was in an excellent mood from the second she arrived to Langelinie next to her handsome husband Crown Prince Frederik in his classic black suit and blue button-down. Blue as the ocean. A beautiful couple! There were many attendees as curiously came to follow the royal baptism which admired both the Crown Prince couple and the huge ship. When Mary was about to smash the champagne bottle against the side of the ship she burst into laughter. The container ship was named Majestic Mærsk which is a tradition for the Triple-E ships to get a name with the initial M. The next ship is planned to be named Mar Mærsk. Majestic as the ship Mary wore her wide Philip Treacy hat worn back in 2012 when Prince Charles and Camilla Duchess of Cornwell visited Denmark, actually with the same coat. The perfect hat with the perfect hairstyle and of course elegant Marianne Dulong earrings! White coat and pearl earrings, well do I have to say more? No I don't think so.

I had a glimpse of what she wore underneath and I think it could be a autumn-winter 2013 lace skirt from Julie Fagerholt Heartmade. Sometimes I wonder what she actually wear under a coat like this long white one. At the baptism of Majestic Mærsk I think it's a Heartmade creation. She stunned me with the black Carlend Copenhagen clutch and SAND Copenhagen pumps in a very fine black leather. Extremely beautiful!

Social Innovation & Social Entrepreneur

Crown Princess Mary presented Danske Bank's Prize Social Innovation and Socal Entrepreneurshi at the annual celebration at University of Roskilde.

Even if it is September and rather cold in Denmark, the Crown Princess still wears pastel colors and bare legs. I'm that kind of person who already wear stockings at this time a year. But I love it. A Queen worthy she was welcomed on the red carpet at University of Roskilde where she was about to hand over Danske Banks Social Innovation Prize and Social Entrepreneurship at the annual celebration. It was very special for the participants, students and professors, because Crown Princess Mary also attended. Let's admit it she makes any event color. This years prize of DKK 50,000 was given to Professor Linda Lundgaard Andersen. The money could be used to a research trip or stay in Social Innovation Prize and Social Entrepreneurship.

There is just something so glamorous of women with curly hair! Looks natural and feminine. To match the pink fitted Prada dress she wore at that days event, Mary wore a very beautiful make up. A light pink lipgloss which makes her lips looks bigger and brown eyeliner/eyeshadow to increase the attention to her brown eyes. I think there might also be a slight powder pink eyeshadow. Her hair- and make up dresser, Søren Hedegaard, know what he's doing. I'm sure you can't find a better person to make Mary look her best.

Both earrings, black pearl bracelet and golden necklace are designed and created by Danish Jewellery designer Marianne Dulong. A designer we  have heard so much about since Mary chose to wear her jewellery from the year she came to Denmark 8-9 years ago. By the way did you know that Marianne Dulong has designed the earrings Mary wore at her engagement day and the day she left the hospital in 2007 with little Princess Isabella? Two days of her life that are really important. Quite impressing. Dulong is a very talented and skilled Danish designer. I understand why Mary loves her so much.

Very recently I managed to identify her cardigan as Ann Taylor. I don’t know if you noticed it on some of the pictures, but the sole of her pumps clearly shows that they are from Prada. I have never been able to find the exact same model as she's wearing right here. The leather clutch featuring a dark rose color is also from Prada

Crown Princess Mary Scholarship 2013

September, 16

Crown Princess Mary had the chance to meet the Danish recipients of the Crown Princess Mary Scholarship in Frederik VIII's Palace, Amalienborg.

After the recipients arrived to the overwhelmingly Frederik VIII's Palace they were one by one welcomed by Mary in the Fanegemakket (a special room inside the palace). It was a smiley and very calm Crown Princess who was ready to talk to the recipients of the Crown Princess Mary Scholarship which usually is given to Australian students studying in Denmark as a helping hand to the life as a student. Mary was given a gift by UTAS Vice-Chancellor, Professor Peter Rathjen in the occasion of his present. A picture was taken of Crown Princess Mary, Professor Peter Rathjen, Wayne Gonion from the department of Community Engagment & Partnership at University of Tasmani and than the five Danish recipients.

I'm really not sure about anything she was wearing at all. I do not think we have seen the dress before but the lack of pictures does it hard for me to identify any of it. A black leather belt made the dress fitted and to match the belt she wore patent pumps which might be from Prada. It's only a guess. her half up do did that we could see Mary wore some kind of earrings. Sorry I can't tell you anymore than this but the truth is I simply do not know more.

Day 2: State Visit from Vietnam

September, 19
Photo @ Agnés Colbert

At the second day of the visit from President, His Excellency Truong Tan Sang and Madam Mai Thi Hanh from Vietnam Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary attended a Vietnamese Reciprocal Event at the Glyptotek in Copenhagen.

Mary keeps impressing me with her wonderful style! The amazing clouds and dazzling prints. Mary is a woman who understand how to variate her clothing's. It is never the same and if she reuse a specific dress or accessories it's always different. These days she's really on the role. Every component matches, everything is well chosen. Elegant as she is; Mary arrived with her husband to  the Glyptotek in Copenhagen to attend theVietnamese Reciprocal Event hosted by the Vietnamese President and his wife. Even though the visit only lasted for a few days, I think Frederik and Mary have had a great time with both the President His Excellency Truong Tan Sang and his wife Madam Mai Thi Hanh. They both had jobs to attend own their own with the Danish Crow Prince couple.

I really want to thanks all of those who provided me with information about her new navy blue, floral dress which comes from Erdem. This is also a new designer for her to wear. Great to she her wear something like Erdem because they are known to use lots of prints and patterns on their clothes. Add colours and elegance to each created model. Even though this is the first dress Mary has worn from this designer, I think it's very clear which style Erdem is. Am I right? Do you like it or is too much going on? My personal opinion would be: navy blue is one of my favourite colours and it gives the dress something very unique and special to have the floral print. Actually the model is quite simple -3/4 sleeves, knee length and it features a low around neckline in the back. She added navy patent pumps from Rupert Sanderson, a huge aquamarine blue ring to the new Erdem dress and her satin Prada clutch. She topped off the look with a beautiful, loose, wavy hairstyle and magnificent earrings. The outfit is meant to be a winner!

Day 1: State Visit from Vietnam

September, 18

Queen Margrethe and Prince Henrik have invited the President, His Excellency Truong Tan Sang and Madam Mai Thi Hanh, of Vietnam to Denmark. The visit will last from September 18th to 20th.

Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary at the arrival in the airport of Copenhagen

Now we are in the middle of September and the cold and windy weather have for real arrived to Denmark. This means our coats, gloves and sometimes gloves are needed. But who says you have to dress boring in the autumn? Black isn't the only opportunity we have. I'm personally a huge fan of autumn and winter, they are my favourite months a year. Yes I know, I know summer is everybody's favourite but not mine. There is just something special about the cold months. Long dark nights while reading a good book, raped in a wool blanket with a cup of tea. Wool sweaters and scarves. It really does not get any better! Frederik and Mary were also dressed propoly to welcome the President and his wife from Vietnam in the airport of Copenhagen. Wearing a kerosene coloured coat she showed who to use colours in winter. I really like the combo with the black accessories. The coat stands out and is really lovely on her. Funny thing that both Mary, Queen Margrethe, Princess Marie and the President's wife Madam Mai Thi Hanh did all wear shades of blue. Actually the President himself wore a blue tie. She chose to wear her black hat made by Susanne Juul with a simple and beautiful left side chignon hairstyle. A hairstyle I love to do because it's so feminine and it is great for any kind of outfit -day and night, work and evening. By the way, the hat she both owns in black and a significant purple colour. Mary added black, leather gloves such as a leather belt to make her outfit complete. I would never have thought of wearing a belt outside my outwear! Great idea to all of us, thanks Mary. Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen is the creator of the silver diamond earrings. Those you find in the link below is the same model as hers but remember Mary's have diamond attached. The black clutch under her arm is the one we already know all about, Carlend Copenhagen's Vanessa and the pointed black leather pumps is from Danish SAND Copenhagen

Crown Princess Mary & Madam Mai Thi Hanh visiting the kindergarden Humlebien

Despite the rainy and cloudy weather Mary and Madam Mai Thi Hanh visited Humlebien, a kindergarden in Hellerup, in there afternoon. They were both welcomed with flowers by children, the leader of the kindergarden and the major of the city. I just have to leave a comment of the President's wife in her traditional suit. I think she looks absolutely lovely in the power pink colour next to her dark hair. Really really beautiful and very feminine. The reason for the visit was to introduce one of the Mary Foundation's projects Free of Bullying (Fri for Mobberi) and to show her how it all works. The children had drawn fanciful drawings that were given to both women doing the visit. It made both of them smile and laugh. To me it looks like a very relaxed visit with lots of good memories for all of them to remember.

Mary was dressed in clear lines with not that much frisky details something I like about her personal style. Simple and not confusing at all. Her figure allow her to wear almost anything she could ever dream of. Most attention was given to the white Strenesse pencil skirt. A good old item I never get tired of and matched with the black peplum from Hugo Boss and the bordeaux accessories -shoes are from Prada- she stole my heart! The combination is great. A little glam in form of a white pearl bracelet and black pearl earrings both designed by Marianne Dulong

Gala dinner at Fredensborg Castle

Photo @ Agnés Colbert

Dressed for a gala night Frederik arrived with his beautiful wife to Fredensborg Castle. In the light of  the press' blitz Mary stepped out of the shiny black crown car (Krone bil) to attend a gala dinner with the President and his wife who are on a visit in Denmark these days. This is more of a welcome gala dinner and wauw I am amazed by Mary and her powder pink princess outfit! I literally lost my breath. She is shining like a star in the skye. So who made this wonder? Well I'll tell you right away. Jayson Brunsdon did this gown especially to Mary. A custom-made gown for the Crown Princess of Denmark what an honor as a designer. A dream I would dream of as a designer. The tulle skirt reminds me of Disney princess, am I right? Even more with the stunning lace peplum which is a lovely detail to give the gown. Notice how well the two colours -powder pink and blush lavender- match each other? Really beautiful work. I could keep talking about this gala gown for hours, I will spare you.

To this magnificent outfit she wore her diamond wedding tiara, Prada pumps, a Prada pink clutch in the same brilliant colours as the tulle skirt and a silver diamond bracelet on her right wrist. I think you could also be wearing her diamond Marianne Dulong ring on the same hand as the bracelet. Mary also wore some kind of pink and diamond earrings, I think we have seen them somewhere before. They could be inherited? The colour of her dress made the light blue Order of Elephant stand out. And her well-done hairdo... now, do you understand why I'm amazed by her?!

The Carlsberg Foundation Research Awards 2013

September, 17

Crown Princess Mary handed over the Carlsberg Foundation Research Award at Glyptoteket in Copenhagen.

Like a blue star Mary shone in her brand new blue suit! When she arrived to Glyptoteket I fully understand why she caught everyone's attention. Not only is it unusual to see her in such a bright colour -blue isn't that unusual- and second it really takes a woman with a lot of confidence to wear a matching set. Her look give me the sense of a 70s casual and hippie silhouette. With this I do not mean Mary looks like a relaxed hippie but the blouse features wide sleeves and the model is a bit 'loose' which gives her the casual look. Because she's wearing the same colour from head to toe it makes her seems longer and the slim trousers makes her legs longer and thinner. The electric blue colour next to her skin tone and dark brown hair colour is really a great match. In this modern runway set Mary made my day! I had some help with this one, thanks to the owner of Tesouras & Tiaras, Lurdes, it has been identified as Gucci (RTW Spring/Summer 2013). Makes it even better because Gucci isn't a brand we see wear that often. Edgy, unexpected and great! The three words I would use to describe her outfit.

When she's somewhere on a job, she always have a special glow which makes her so wonderful. I have had the chance to see her once, hopefully I'll one day get the chance again, and you just know when Mary has entered the room. Her smile, personality and this glow (royal magic stardust almost surround her). I'm not sure how this is even possible for one person to contain that much elegance. Mar can. Her laid-back and normal attitude makes her one of us. I understand why people almost fall in love with her personality because she almost capture you, a fascination you can't control. Well, before I get too sentimental -I do not hope you think I'm too crazy- I think we should talk about accessories. Are you ready for that?

She wore three exclusive and expensive brands, everything from shoes to jewellery. As I wrote in the beginning; to wear the same colour from head to toe makes her look taller, the same effect does a long necklace have. Mary had chosen a long, silver necklace from Piaget featuring two diamond tube, round pendants. A really exclusive necklace only a few people will ever get their eyes on. I would be afraid the store demanded payment for a single look at it! Just kidding. To match this wauw-factor piece of jewelry she wore silver metallic Prada pumps which has their own WAUW-factor! Don't they? And a pair of Marianne Dulong earrings. I wouldn't mind wearing them. This was not enough for her so she added a Jerome Dreyfuss clutch. I'm not a fan of the mix of materials but again Mary nailed it!

Necklace: Piaget Possession Long Necklace $19,000

Introduction of Klubfidusen

September, 17

Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary attended the introduction, at the football club in Bagsværd, of new project by the Mary Foundation called Klubfidusen.

What you need to know about Klubfidusen:
Klubfidusen is a project made in collaboration with the Mary Foundation, Save the Children (Red Barnet), DBU and Trygfonden. The project have a series of activities and material to help the children the values of tolerance, respect, compassion and courage on and off the football field. To follow Mary when she's on a job is incredible and I love every detail of such a visit. It might not get better or maybe it does because when she's somewhere with her husband, Frederik, or even bring the children the scale goes to 100% as a perfect visit. Then it's only bonus if she's wearing something amazing. I'm pretty sure the Mary Foundation is important to Mary, her own fund she helped to start, and when a new project is about to be introduced or inaugurated I think she's the first to attend. I think it makes her proud to see her work become a reality with the hope and vision that the new project will help someone in a good way. Yesterday she went to a football club in Bagsværd with Frederik to introduce a the new project called Klubfidusen. A project where to give children a good and welcoming environment in football clubs in Denmark. They want to create a environment where the children have a good time playing football, make new friends and create a community.

In a great mood Frederik and Mary arrived to Bagsværd and was welcomed by lots of children, happy to see the Crown Prince couple. Dressed for an active day Mary and Frederik met the kids who are a part of the Klubfidusen-project. Mary got flowers at the arrival. Her hair was in a simple hair do which made her diamond Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen earrings visible. Under the Olympic Games 2010 jacket she wore a white shirt with a navy blue blouse over. A great match! Jeans and blue/green New Balance sneakers made her outfit complete.

To inaugurate this new project Frederik and Mary participated, with each other in their hands, in a games with the children on the football field. They got the chance to try one of the activities. So many laughs and smiles both from the royal couple and the participating children. As a finial thing a picture was taken of the couple with the children dressed in their green t-shirts.

Militar Exercise on Bornholm

September, 13

Crown Princess Mary participated in a military exercise with the Danish home guards on the island of Bornholm.

When became a Lieutenant back in 2009 for the Danish home guard she kept a tradition a live. Our  dear Queen Margrethe has also served her time in the home guard. Now Mary is on the island of Bornholm for a military excise. It's cool to know that with her title as Crown Princess she is also a part of the protection of Denmark. She has my respect. In Denmark, men must serve their military service but it is not the same when it comes to women, they choose it. This is something Mary has chosen, but it's cool that she made that choice. I hope she had a good day claiming rocks and fighting nature. She proves that she's much more then a porcelain figure on the top of a cake.

Meeting in the Mary Foundation

September, 11

Crown Princess Mary was the host of a meeting with the Mary Foundation, it took place at Amalienborg in Copenhagen. Crown Princess Mary gave a speech about the past year in the foundation and she told about the plans for the next year. A presentation was given about loneliness and children's language.

Maryfonden.dk

This meeting is held every year and I think it's important to Mary to participate and follow what's going on in the foundation. She busy but never too busy to follow the work of her own foundation. I know that she have several good people to work with the fund in the everyday's, I think she likes to be a part of the work. It is a day to refresh the funds vision and plans. I think this is a day where Mary reminds herself that her fund is doing a great job and that they really do make a different. The meeting is also a change for her to meet their partners. I'm pleased to know that Mary try to make a different in Denmark and in the international front. I hope she and the foundation will be able to go on for many more years. They have great results and this should give them the courage to keep on going.

Mary seemed to be in a great mood yesterday even though it was some serious subjects to talk about, there was also place for a smile and a little laugh from the royal protagonist. The enthusiastic Crown Princess was dressed in a lovely (new) moss green sheer dress featuring long sleeves and fitted waist. I love the green colour and next to her dark brown hair, amazing! Kate identified her dress as Prada. I think I see a new ring on her left hand but there are only few pictures and eye do not recognize the style. On the same arm she wore at least two bracelets I know the designer of:  Shamballa and Ivory Bogota.

Birthday Party in London

September, 9th

Crown Princess Mary attended a 50 years birthday party in London at one of her private friends, Søren Jensen. The party's theme was The Great Gatsby from the 1920s.

Bt.dk

That one time we'll see Mary in 20s inspired evening clothes and she did pretty well. Covered in black sequins and creamy silk Mary was styled perfectly to the 20s birthday at the birthday party in London. She attended the birthday on her own. The 1920s was a very special decade of history, filled with jazz music and swing dressed featuring low waistlines and headbands with everything from feathers to crystals. The way she embrace the style was absolutely smashing! Because we never see her in such dresses I assume she borrowed it, maybe at the exclusive vintage store FN92 in Copenhagen but it is just guesswork. Not only the dress was vintage inspired, the jewellery - a long black pearl necklace, a silver bracelet and the most dazzling headband - completed the outfit to make her a Queen of the 20s party. I assume she wore a pair of t-strap shoes identified by Kate as Ralph Lauren Collection (Spring 2010), the hottest shoes in the 20s, and then she wore her feather clutch from Jayson Brunsdon. This style, is it something you would like to see her wear more often?

Day 3: A Visit to Morocco

September, 4

Program
  • 10:30 am. Visit at Likaa NGO
  • 11:50 am. Visiting the mosque Hassan II in Casablanca
  • 3:30 pm. Visiting the Tilila Women's shelters

Mary went from dressed in Jimmy Choo pumps to barefoot when she visited the mosque. Before she visited the mosque she enjoyed the view at the sea, wearing her blue BOSS Hugo Boss blazer and a new skirt with a yellow and blue stripe. A reader told me that she has been seeing it from the Danish designer Elise Gug, but I can not confirm it. In her colourful clothes she shone next to the pretty large mosque Hassan II in Morocco. The Danish Princess wore a beautiful pink scarf and took her shoes off before she went into the sacred building. I think Mary was amazed by the mosque when she got the change to see it inside. Several times she raised her head and looked around to see the overwhelming building. This is her last day in Morocco. The visit was an attempt to show some of the places Denmark is to help in Morocco when it comes to women who have suffered of violence most of them in their marriage. As the president of the Mary Foundation, Mary work with this issue in Denmark. It is one of her work areas.

The stay has last for only three days but she has had the change to meet women and children who had help from one of the countries shelters. Those who work to give those mothers a new and better life without violence. I think it has been a eye-opening experience for both the Crown Princess and those who met her. In the future I hope Mary will work to help more women in Denmark and abroad, countries like Morocco.  I'm pretty sure we will. Thanks for following Mary with me at the trip to Morocco.

Day 2: Visit to Morocco

September, 3

Progam
  • 9:00 am. Visiting the Danish Embassy
  • 10:40 am. Visiting UAF Center (Union de L'Action Féminine) for women victims of violence
  • 11:55 am. Visiting the Court of Temara
  • 1:00 pm. Lunch
  • 3:14 pm. Visit at the LLDF Women's Center

Mary began her day at the Danish Embassy where she had a meeting with Zhor El Horr, lawyer and retired judge, and Rabea Nacri, spokeswoman of the organization ADFM (Association Démocratique des Femmes du Maroc). Following she visited the UAF (Union de L'Action Féminine) a centre for women victims of violence. According to KVINFO more then 62% of Moroccan women have been victims of violence and about 55% of these women are married. This is one of the reasons why Mary have interested in the work between Denmark and Morocco. With her found she she is working to combat domestic violence in the home, something she's been working on in Denmark for quite some years. The UAF want to increase the capacity of shelters and crisis centers in Morocco. Mary met everyone with a smile. She shook hands with hundred of children and women on her second day. I find it life-affirming and wish I could help others as much as Mary does.

Later, Mary visited the family court in Temara. In collaboration with KVINFO a special reception area is made for these women. The Moroccan Ministery of Justice did in 2011 launched a initiative to tackle all this violence especially against women. To know that Mary use her person to help and increase the knowledge to help these women is incredible. Luckily she's not the only one trying to find a solution to all this. So many wants to help the women and give them a better life with their children. On KVINFO's webpage is this statement from MaryShe is a very eloquent woman with her heart the right place:

"My visit to Morocco has provided me with an insight of the Danish experience supporting women victims of violence, and which can benefit women in both Morocco and Denmark. The Danish-Moroccan collaboration is an excellent example of how dialogue and the mutual exchange of experience across cultural boundaries can strengthen the common cause: ensuring women the right to a life free of violence."

Wearing a plain white pencil skirt and a navy blue peplum Mary was dressed so beautifully. The colourful necklace, Marianne Dulong (?), gave me the impression of Moroccan jewellery. Matched with the aquamarine blue Marianne Dulong earrings and the patent blue pumps from Rupert Sanderson. Chanel is the designer of her old beige handbag. A very classic look.

2013 has to be the year when Mary is going international. A few months ago she was visiting Jordan to meet the some of the countries many refugees who are now living in one of their camps. September is here and she's working for women rights and combating violence with her foundation, the Mary Foundation, in Morocco. What a mouthful. It makes me so proud to have her as Crown Princess of my homeland.

At her first day Mary stayed in the city of Rabat in Morocco where she visited the overwhelming Mausoleum of Mohammed V. This specific monument is a historical building on the opposite side of Hassan Tower. The mausoleum contains the tombs of the Mocorran King and his two sons King Hassan II and Prince Abdallah. Its green tiled roof is significant because green is the colour of Islam, looking stunning with the plain white mausoleum. Hassan II was buried there following his death in 1999, 28 years after the finishing constructions in 1971. When I saw the pictures of the magnificent building I was immediately amazed by its beauty and grace. After I read a little about the mausoleum I find it even more interesting. I have something with things history, makes me fell closer to what I see, hear and touch. I'm sure Mary had the same felling when she was standing there; to see it all live.  An honor for her to be invited to see this sacred place.

Once again I'm convinced why Mary is such an inspiration to me because with her beauty and elegance she moved all attention from herself to the special building. Yes, she was in the center of it all but without actually receiving the attention that was given to her. With her printed, reused, By Malene Birger (collection 2006)maxi-skirt and black Baum und Pferdgarten cardigan she looked like a Moroccan princess. A Scandinavian princess styled like a Moroccan princess. I'm pleased to see her in the maxi-skirt again. It was worn by her back in 2006 and 2010. The cardigan has also been seen before on a visit to Australia. A casual look for her first day in Morocco. She added a pair of black ballet flats, Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses by Madonna and diamond Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen Love Bands rings.
