Meeting at Amalienborg

Friday, June 9th

Crown Princess Mary hosted a meeting with Molly Melching, CEO of Tostan which took place at Frederik VIIIs palace, Amalienborg. The meeting focused on Tostan's work to change social norms. The organization works with education and training to help local communities in Africa, among others to create a sustainable development based on human rights. The meeting took place about two weeks ago but somehow I forgot all about it.

At the meeting Mary was beautifully dressed in one of her old Hugo Boss pencil skirts, seen years ago, here. Think it's so lovely we get to see her in a bit more colourful outfits. It has taken me quite some time to figure out where her new exotic printed blouse is from. One of you mentioned Valentino, but now it has been found at Hugo Boss such as the skirt. Thanks to Kate we now know where the blouse is from. I don't know many who would have the guts to wear anything like this at a meeting, but few is like Mary. She accessories her outfit with golden earrings from Dulong Fine Jewelry and I guess she was also wearing the Orit Elhanati necklace, but it's difficult to see. A splendid look!

The opening of CPH Garden

Wednesday, June 21st

Crown Princess Mary attended the opening of the exhibition CPH Garden in Copenhagen.

It is not the first time Crown Princess Mary has named a new rose with champagne, but it is the first time she attended the opening of CPH Garden a garden exhibition. CPH Garden is organized by Haveselvskabet (The Garden Company). She arrived to Valbyparken in Copenhagen around noon, as guest of honor, where she was warmly welcomed by chairwoman of the Garden Company Bente Siiger Lustü and CEO Charlotte Garby. The two of them later gave the Crown Princess a guided tour around the exhibition to show her some of the wonderful spaces with flowers, workshops and smaller exhibitions with garden accessories. The Crown Princess was in a great spirit all day with a huge smile on her face. Mary also attended the event to name a new rose -the most beautiful pink rose. It was given the name CPH Garden in Bloom. Wonderful name; wonderful rose. When the Crown Princess arrived, she herself was given the most incredible bouquet of flowers, here. Mary was also appointed honorary member of The Garden Company. Congratulations to the Crown Princess with her new membership.

As beautiful as all the flowers surrounding her, Mary was looking incredible in her summer outfit! What could do better than a floral printed skirt for the opening of a garden exhibition? I am so sure you clearly remember the fact that we have seen her wear it once before, when she attended the inauguration of a new school in Aabybro, here. And of course, the skirt is from Andiata. Back then, she also wore the skirt with a white blouse, but different from the one she wore at the exhibition. Still, I'm pretty sure we have seen this one before, here. At that time it was not identified and I haven't found it since. My thoughts still goes to a designer like Zara, but it's just a crazy idea. Embracing the style with a stunning straw hat from Susanne Juul, Hartmann's diamond earrings, a Cartier bracelet as well as one from Dulong Fine Jewelry. To match the earrings she was also wearing a couple of diamond rings from Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen. A combo we have seen several times before. As with the hat, it's just great to see that L.K. Bennett wedges again! I have missed them. Another detail that caught my attention is the belt. Somehow I can't get my eyes of it. Kate managed to ID the belt as Gucci. Usually I don't pay much attention to her belts, but this one I'm in with love with and I can't really explain why.

I am completely overwhelmed by hairstyle and makeup. Think it's lovely we get to see a few of these updos as during the official state visit from Japan last week. Let us see many more, please. Don't know if you noticed her nail polish. A pretty bright colour than we are use to see on her, but so far it has made a great match with all of her outfits. I have a thought about where it's from. Take a look and let me hear what you think and if you would wear it yourself.

Day 4. Official state visit from Japan

Tuesday, June 20th

Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary are present during the official state visit from Japan from 15-20th on occasion of the 150th anniversary of Danish-Japanese diplomatic relations. Crown Prince Naruhito is the represent from Japan.

The Crown Prince of Japan has been visiting Denmark for six days on occasion of the celebration of the diplomatic relations between Denmark and Japan. Both the Japanese and Danish Crown Prince are patron of the 150th anniversary. Don't get confused because I mention this as day 4. The reason for that is because we have only seen the Crown Princess four out of six days during the official state visit. Well actually a dinner was planned to take place at Amalienborg with the Danish Crown Prince couple as hosts, but so far we haven't got a single picture.

On his last day in Denmark, Crown Prince Naruhito visited State of Green at Danish Industry along with Crown Prince Frederik, which was followed by a boat trip accompanied by the Crown Princess. During the sailing trip, CEO of City- and Harbor Jens Kramer Mikkelsen told about Copenhagen Harbor. It was just great to see the two of them together. Seems like they really enjoyed each others company and had a wonderful time. The Crown Prince of Japan also had a meeting with Prime Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen at Marienborg later in the noon as last event on his visit in Denmark. Am I the only one who think this has been a really wonderful state visit? The atmosphere was all relaxed and everyone seemed to have had some great days together.

The last week we have had the pleasure to see so many lovely outfit worn by the Crown Princess. She has worn a new floral dress, t-bar pumps, an old fascinator and much more. Joining the Japanese Crown Prince during his last day in Denmark, Mary showed us a brand new striped wonder. Looks very casual and sophisticated at the same time. Some mentioned to me that the skirt is blue and white, I'm more to black and white. It is from Jennifer I learned that her new skirt is from Sonia Rykiel; a designer I haven't thought of at all. Actually, I do not think we have ever seen Mary wear anything from this designer before, at least not what I'm aware of.

Thought it was a rather sunny and warm day, Mary had decided to wear her black Prada jacket. She embrace a chic sailer style by wearing Prada shades, large diamond earrings from Hartmann's, once again her golden Orit Elhanati necklace, bracelets from Dulong Fine Jewelry and Cartier. The navy blue pumps from Rupert Sanderson go years back. I am not quite sure when we saw them for the first time, but I think it was around 2012. Mary are known to mix and match colours and prints, but always in the same pallet of colours. So, to match the blue patent pumps she wore her blue Quidam clutch as well. I already mentioned how casual I think her outfit was because of the skirt, but the half updo and natural makeup makes it even more casual. I wonder how she is able to create a casual and ultra polished look! I'm only a little envious of her skills, when I see such an outfit.

Day 3. Official state visit from Japan

Sunday, June 18th

Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary attended dinner along with Crown Prince Naruhito at Fredensborg castle with Queen Margrethe as hostess.

To make everything clear, this is the fourth day of Crown Prince Naruhito visiting Denmark on occasion of the 150th anniversary the Danish-Japanese diplomatic relations, but it is only the third time we are in the company of the Crown Princess. This is the reason why I mentioning this as day 3. So, are we clear? Great!

Around noon, the Japanese Crown Prince was invited to dinner at Fredensborg castle with Queen Margrethe as hostess. Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary also attended the dinner. Crown Prince Naruhito was warmly welcomed by all three members of the Danish royal family when he arrived to Fredensborg. Before all four of them was ready to enjoy some lunch together, pictures were taken in front of the castle. The Japanese Crown Prince started the day on his own by visiting the cisterns at Frederiksberg, Copenhagen. From what I see, he was one big smile all day.

No doubt that we have seen so many splendid outfit already during the official state visit from Japan. What she wore at the dinner at Fredensborg castle was just a great. Mary showed up wearing a brand new green floral printed outfit, which turned out to be a blouse and matching skirt. Heaven is the one to thanks for knowing the designer behind this beautiful outfit. Ganni is where to find it. I'm crazy in love with the colour; looks just magnificent. I really hope to see these two new piece again, maybe the blouse with a pencil skirt or white trousers? Seems like Mary is very fun of golden jewellery right now because once again, she had accessorized the outfit with golden Dulong Fine Jewelry earrings, her Orit Elhanati necklace and that lovely golden leaves I'm Jewel ring. Makes a really good combo with the new set and the bright red (or perhaps coral?) nail polish. And the fact that she was wearing brown suede Gianvito Rossi pumps makes everything even more stunning. Green and brown makes a smashing match! I would so much like to see a close up on her hairstyle because it looks great at front. Love to try something similar myself.

Day 2. Official state visit from Japan

Friday, June 16th

Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary attended an anniversary concert on occasion of Crown Prince Naruhito's official visit in Denmark. The concert is entitled Koto's harmonic sound and took place in Skuespilhuset.

Crown Prince Naruhito has already spend his first day in Denmark on his 5th day state visit. He is suppose to spend much of his time in the company of the Crown Prince couple, whom he was also welcomed by at the arrival. On his second day, he was accompanied by the Danish Crown Prince when he attended a ceremony at Kartellet in Copenhagen placing a wreath to honor lost soldiers. They also attended the opening of a special exhibition called Japan in the Royal House at the Amalienborg Museum and payed a visit to Design Museum Denmark in Copenhagen. In the evening, Crown Princess Mary joined the two of them when attending an anniversary concert Koto's harmonic sound in Skuespilhuset. All three of them arrived in a brilliant mood with a great smile on their face. I am sure the concert was a wonderful experience for all of them. This must be one of the greatest things about being member of the royal family; all these cultural experiences.

We only got to see Mary in the end of the day during the anniversary concert in Skuespilhuset where she had joined her husband and the japanese Crown Prince. This just means we got to see her very best wearing a brand new dress, which has been identified as Alexander McQueen by Heaven. It's a black an white off shoulder dress in pleated knit. I am not sure I'm going absolutely crazy about this new dress but it looks gorgeous on her! She had chosen to embrace the style by wearing her weeding earrings made by Dulong Fine Jewelry, former Marianne Dulong, her golden Cartier bracelet, a Orit Elhanati necklace and that magnificent wing cuff diamond bracelet from Annikat. Maybe a little odd combination of jewellery, but it like it. She stunned wearing black t-bar pumps from Gianvito Rossi and a little black clutch as well. Because the dress is off shoulder, I kinda like the fact that her hair was kept loose. I dream that we one day get to see this dress with a few colourful accessories or maybe an updo for a evening dinner.

Day 1. Official state visit from Japan

Thursday, June 15th

Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary are present during an official state visit in Denmark of the japanese Crown Prince taking place from June 15-20th.

In the middle of my last exam, the Crown Prince couple were attending events on occasion of HRH Crown Prince Naruhito of Japan visiting Denmark as part of a official state visit, celebrating the 150th anniversary of the Danish-Japanese diplomatic relations. Both the Crown Prince Naruhito and Crown Prince Frederik are patron of the anniversary celebration. On occasion of the anniversary, several cultural events are taking place in both Denmark and Japan.

When the Japanese Crown Prince arrived to Denmark, he was warmly welcomed by the Danish Crown Prince couple in Copenhagen Airport. Handshakes and hugs were exchanged along with many smiles. It is not the first time all three of them get to spend time together and it seems to me like it's something they have all been looking forward to. The visit goes from June 16-20th, so they got plenty of time together the following days.

On the first day we did not get to see Mary that much, but what I saw it just enough to express how impressed I am of her outfit! Someone called her look old and boring, which of course is fair if that's how he feel, but I do not see the same. I see a polished, sophisticated and dazzling Crown Princess in a new floral printed Erdem dress. With all the great accessories I think she makes it work perfectly, though the dress is rather long and features long sleeves. This may be the reason why someone would call it old and boring, but I can't tell for sure. She impressed me by wearing an reused Prada clutch, one we haven't seen for quite some time. Think it was in 2012, when visiting Russia, she wore it the first time, here. We have also seen her wear the beige snake pumps before and they have been identified as Gianvito Rossi. By coincidence I found out that the same model is available in blue as well and they look just as dazzling. Earrings and ring are both from Dulong Fine Jewelry. She also wore a golden Orit Elhanati necklace as well as that beautiful straw fascinator, reused as all of her other accessories, herehere here. Hairstyle and hairpiece differently makes the different if you ask me. Splendid outfit!

The Children's Relay 2017

Saturday, June 10th

Crown Princess Mary attended the annual Children's Relay 2017 in Fælledparken, Copenhagen, organized by the Mary Foundation.

Since 2008 the Children's Relay has been taking place, alternately in Aarhus and Copenhagen. The relay is organized Red Barnet and the Mary Foundation as part of the Free of Bullying project, working to prevent and combat bullying among children. The Children's Relay aim to focus on attention to bullying and well-being. The Crown Princess has been a regular visitor every year in which she has awarded medals to a lot of participating children. This year over 1800 children attended the race. It is simply a wonderful sight to see Mary around the children. She seems to have so much fun and really enjoy herself. I've always had the feeling that she could blend in as any other parent any time. A few years ago that actually happened -well, almost. Her oldest son Prince Christian participated the relay and it was a very proud mother who handed over a golden medal to her son. This year was just as perfect!

As relaxed as the atmosphere, Mary was dressed casual in a pair of brand new trousers, sneakers and a blue button-down shirt. I am very surprised to see her outfit, because it's kinda atypically for her to wear anything near this. But I actually like it, especially all the little details. Just look at her new pink (!) sneakers from Bottega Veneta (identified by Kate) and the details on the new trousers. Since the first pictures of her at the relay, I have ben trying to ID her new beige trousers. Now I learned, at Royals & Fashion, that they are found at Ralph Lauren (Polo collection)! At the arrival she was wearing a new beige sweater, which I unfortunately haven't found either. It got these incredible open shoulders! Underneath she wore a blue button-down skirt which I think we may have seen before, here. If it is the same then the designer has been ID'd as Fonnesbech. Let me know if you think I'm on to something here. She embrace a chic outfit by wearing Prada sunglasses, a Dulong Fine Jewelry bracelet, a Cartier bracelet and what I believe is a new golden diamond ring from Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen. In some way, I think this outfit is very inspiring for many occasions.

20th anniversary reception of Baglandet

Thursday, June 8th

Crown Princess Mary attended the 20th anniversary reception of Baglandet taking place in Copenhagen.

In the afternoon, around 2:30 pm local time, the Crown Princess arrived to Baglandet in Copenhagen to attend their 20th anniversary reception as guest of honor. She arrived in a very good mood and was warmly welcomed with flowers and handshakes. Baglandet is a meeting place and counseling center for young people and adults, who have been placed in a foster family as children. The reception took place in a rather small tent, where the Crown Princess quickly found herself a good seat. Simply wonderful to see how comfortable everyone were at the reception. It was the plan that Mary should give a speech during her visit, but instead she used the time talking with the other participants of Baglandet. But speeches were given during the celebration reception and were met with great applause. The reception also served as meeting to discuss the terms of previous, current and future foster children.

Following the Crown Princess was given a guided tour, by leader Viggo Spangsberg, around the facilities at Baglandet. Here she was told much more about the place; what they can offer the children staying at Baglandet etc. It was with great interest the Crown Princess listened to everything she was told.

We have seen so many great outfits lately and now we got one more. She had chosen to wear one of her reused belted jackets featuring a V-neck and long sleeves. When she first wore it months ago, it was identified as Hugo Boss. As we have seen her wear the jacket before, here, the same goes with the Hugo Boss trousers and blue suede wedges. For years I have been trying to figure out where her shoes are from. Somewhere I read them ID'd as her black L.K. Bennett. And finally I managed to find the model in the same navy blue colour. She embrace a lovely outfit with diamond earrings from Hartmann's, rings and a chain bracelet from Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen and a golden Orit Elhanati necklace. Love that she's wearing that necklace again. I've adored it from the first time she wore it! Because everything else was so simple, I'm crazy about the colourful nail polish. What a splendid detail.

Conference with the Mary Foundation & TrygFonden

Thursday, June 8th

Crown Princess Mary attended a conference with the Mary Foundation and TrygFonden about social exclusion in Denmark. The conference took place in Copenhagen.

For nearly 10 years, the Mary Foundation has been working to combat social isolation in Denmark among children, young people and adults. On Thursday the Crown Princess attended a conference with the Mary Foundation and one of their collaborators TrygFonden. She arrived around 9:30 am. and was warmly welcomed. In front of all the other attendance, she entered the stage and gave the opening speech. She also presented a video about community and launched a new study on welfare. Later on the Crown Princess watched a presentation by Lars Benjaminsen, on the very same study she had just launched. From front raw Mary and Minister of Social Affairs Mai Mercado, sincerely and with great interest followed a panel debate on social exclusion. Several issues were presented along with suggestions to improve these. Hopefully the Crown Princess and all the other attendance got a lot of inspiration for their further work.

Arriving to the conference with the Mary Foundation and TrygFonden, Mary was beautifully dressed all in red! She had chosen to wear a reused red Dolce & Gabbana dress and it looks splendid on her. We have seen it a couple of times before and I love it even more now. The colour and silhouette are just perfect. The red tweed jacket is brand new and with help from Heaven it has been identified as YDE Copenhagen. She embraced a chic and lady-like style with golden jewellery from Orit Elhanati, Cartier, Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen and a pair of wonderful diamond earrings from Hartmann's. As when she visited Paris a couple of days before, here, Mary had chosen her beige Prada handbag. Makes my wanna have something similar. For year's I have had a special item to add to my personal wardrobe -a pair of red pumps. So far I still do not such a pair of pumps because I haven't found the right model yet. Looking at Mary's Gianvito Rossi pumps makes me wish I could afford these. I am pretty sure we have seen the red suede pumps once before; at Prince Felix's confirmation in April, here. At the time I suggested Gianvito Rossi but not everyone agreed with me. I still believe he is the designer, especially after the conference. Could you see yourself wear this much red? Even her nail were red!!

Crown Princess Mary during her day in Paris on occasion of OECD Forum

For Mary to attend the OECD Forum opening in Paris, France, is really something I have been looking forward to in quite some time. On Monday evening the Crown Princess attended a delegation dinner with the Danish ambassador of OECD, here. The following day, a 9:00 am. local time, the Crown Princess entered the stage and gave the opening speech on occasion of the ministerial meeting OECD Forum. Her speech was insightful, giving and thoughtful. Very time I listen or read the Crown Princess' speeches, I am overwhelmed by her eloquence. Every word is well-chosen and sincere. You find her speech here. Other than the future queen of Denmark; politicians, researchers, entrepreneurs, business leaders etc. were gathered to participate in both meetings, discussions and panel-debates during the conference. All to exchange knowledge and more on globalization challenges. Around noon, Mary attended lunch with Danish designer in Danmarkshuset in Paris followed by a meeting with the First Lady Madame Birgitte Macron. The meeting took place in the afternoon at Élysée palace -a remarkable sight.

On her second day in Paris, Mary showed up wearing a grey belted dress! The lovely creation is from the Danish designer Signe Bøgelund-Jensen. I am pretty sure it is not the first time we see Mary in this dress, but I could be wrong. Think she wore it when visiting Poland back in 2014, here. The model is the same but I'm not quite sure about the colour. What do you think? -it is the same as seen in 2014? Nevertheless, she looks incredible! Mary embraced the style by wearing a twisted golden Orit Elhanati necklace, a bracelet from Cartier, ring, earrings and another bracelet from the talented Dulong Fine Jewelry. When meeting with the First Lady, Madame Birgitte Macron, at the Élysée palace she showed us a brand new dusty pink coat. It was identified by Heaven as Hugo Boss. Love how the different colours -dark and light- makes a perfect outfit. As other accessories she had chosen her pointed python snakeskin pumps from Gianvito Rossi and a beige Prada handbag. Her makeup were flawless as always and the hairstyle looked all great! I am simply impressed by everything I see. What an impression to wear Danish design in Paris. Her outfit has certainly given my lots of ideas on how to wear grey. Do you feel inspired?

Crown Princess Mary attending dinner in Paris

Quite a while ago it was announced that the Crown Princess was going to Paris on occasion of the opening of OECD Forum, a ministerial meeting and I have been looking forward to it since then. And it has been two wonderful days. Earlier in the morning she attended the opening where she gave the opening speech. She also met the French First Lady in the afternoon. In the end of a few good days in Paris, the Crown Princess was invited for dinner. At the arrival she was warmly welcomed by General Secretary Angel Gurria, who seemed happy to welcome the Crown Princess. The prestigious dinner took place at OECDs headquarters. Mary attended as guest of honor along with 150 special invited guests. It has become a habit for the press to only published very few pictures from these evening events and the same happened this time. I have only been able to find very few pictures etc. from her presence at the dinner. From what I see; Mary really enjoyed the evening in good company.

One of the reasons why I have been looking forward to the visit in Paris, is because of what we saw at this dinner -magnificent outfits! Attending the dinner, Mary was beautifully dressed in a reused burgundy blouse worn a couple of times before, here & here, which I suggested could be from Jesper Høvring. With help from Heaven it has been confirmed! She matched the burgundy blouse with a new golden embroidered pencil skirt which is from Prada. I learned about the skirt from Kate. I am completely overwhelmed by this new skirt. Think it is so stunning and especially the fact that she accessorized the outfit with new metallic gold pumps. According to Royal & Fashion these are from Gianvito Rossi. Personally, I can't really tell. It could be true, the style is similar. What do you think? I would love to hear your thoughts. She embraced the style wearing golden jewellery from Dulong Fine Jewelry, Orit Elhanati and Cartier such as a Carlend Copenhagen clutch. Love to see Mary wear her jewellery again. Often she wears bracelet, earrings etc. more than once when she's abroad. The dinner is a perfect example. What really amazed me (other than the skirt) is her hairstyle. The wavy hair really reminds me of a 70s hairstyle, just way better.

For sure it has been a couple of wonderful days for the Crown Princess in Paris, don't you think? Thanks for following her whereabouts in France with me.

Day 1. OECD Forum in Paris

Monday, June 5th

Crown Princess Mary attended a delegation dinner with the Danish ambassador of the OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) in Paris on occasion of the OECD ministerial meeting.

Royals & Fashion * Billed-Bladet

It was on occasion of the opening of OECD Forum on June 6th that the Crown Princess attended a delegation dinner with the Danish ambassador of OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) in Paris. Theme of this year's ministerial meeting is Making Globalization Work: Better lives for All. Focus is on how to make the benefits of globalization shared more equally. The following day she, among other things, had a meeting with the French First Lady Birgitte Macron on occasion of her presence in Paris. It was as guest of honor Mary attended the prestigious dinner. The Crown Princess arrived around 8:00 pm. local time and was warmly welcomed by the host himself. She was in a splendid mood! Several Danish and international representatives were also present at dinner.

I am not sure what I had expected to see her wear at the dinner, but nothing like this. That's for sure. Actually I never thought we would see Mary in anything like this. And again, we never really know what she will wear. I learned about the identify of the dress from Heaven, she kindly shared her thoughts and findings with me. According to her, Mary's new dress is from Jason Wu and I think she is absolutely right. Don't think we have ever seen Mary wear anything from that designer before, but I certainly hope it's not the last time. She embrace a summer chic look by wearing her twisted golden necklace from Orit Elhanati -one we haven't seen for quite some time actually, a gold bracelet from Cartier, a Dulong Fine Jewelry bracelet and her black Carlend Copenhagen clutch. Last, but not least she wore her black Gianvito Rossi pumps featuring mesh details. She wore the exact same pumps just a few days before at a dinner in Sweden, here. I'm already looking forward to see what she has planned for the next couple of days!

Golden wedding anniversary

Monday, June 5th

Crown Prince Frederik & Crown Princess Mary celebrate Queen Margrethe and Prince Henrik on occasion of their golden wedding anniversary on June 5th. The celebration took place at Fredensborg Palace along with the rest of the family.

On June 5th Queen Margrethe and Prince Henrik celebrated their golden wedding anniversary and on this occasions the family were gathered at Fredensborg Palace. The celebration took place behind closed doors, but for a moment we were allowed to take part in the celebration. The Queen and Prince Henrik revealed their present to each other surrounded by their family. The gift was a statue called Miss Fredensborg and is created by the prince himself. The statue is placed in the private part of the park next to Fredensborg. It was just a pleasure watching all of them together. We rarely see the whole family gathered at once, so this part I really enjoyed. And I think they did too. Seems like they all had a wonderful time.

Gathered at Fredensborg Palace along with the rest of the family, Mary was dressed in a lovely new sky blue shirt-dress from Stella Jean. I learned about the dress' designer from Kate, who managed to identify it at Stella Jean. A brand new designer to me. What I know this is the first time Mary wears anything from this brand. Hopefully, not the last time.

She accessorized the outfits with Hartmann's earrings, a golden Cartier bracelet, Prada sunglasses and a new pair of shoes. At first I thought it could be ballet flats and maybe they could be from Yvonne Koné, But I was terribly wrong. Heaven managed to identify them as heels from Ralph Lauren. Wonderful how casual her look turned out with a few accessories. Hope we get to see the dress and shoes again. Maybe then I'm able to determine where they are from.

A Mary Foundation meeting

Wednesday, May 31st

Crown Princess Mary attended a meeting between the Mary Foundation and leading professionals in a workshop about Greenland. The foundation has, since 2007, established a collaboration with Greenland and several projects has been developed and is now a great part of the Mary Foundation's work. More than once the Crown Princess has visited Greenland to see for herself how these projects are working; how to improve them and in which why they have been able to help. This and much more were discussed at the meeting on Wednesday, here. CEO of the Mary Foundation, Helle Østergaard also attend the meeting. The Crown Princess was dressed in a chic Proenza blouse, black trousers and her red Valentino pumps.

Crown Prince Frederik & Crown Princess Mary during the second day in Stockholm

What a wonderful first day the Crown Prince couple had in Stockholm! Simply amazing to see of four of them spending some time together. And it really seems to me like the two couple's enjoy each others company. Sadly, the visit only lasted two days.
On the second day Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary spend in Stockholm, Sweden, they were once again accompanied by Crown Princess Victoria and her husband Prince Daniel. While Frederik both visited Stockholm's Water and Waste Management, the music streaming service Spotify in Stockholm and the food store Paradiset, the Crown Princess mot of the day joined by Prince Daniel. They visited Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset, llums Bolighus in Stockholm Aleris Båthöjden Plaza and Gamla Riksarkivet to watch a cooking show. From the pictures I have seen, then I believe both Frederik and Mary had a wonderful second day in Sweden. What I enjoyed most was to see Mary when she visited Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset. She was really having a great time with the kids, who also seemed to enjoy Mary's company. Such a pleasure to watch!

I am sure I did not hide my enthusiasm about Mary's clothes from their first day. That new white suit was simply outstanding. I can't wait to see her wear it again, maybe with coloured accessories? And then this new floral dress. Does not get any better, right?! With help from Heaven the dress has been identified as Saks Potts (Collection 7). Take a note that the skirt is pleated. What a lovely detail. Mary embrace the style by wearing a yellow belt and.... matching yellow Gianvito Rossi pumps. That's the way to impress when wearing black and white. At a few visits she also wore her white Prada coat. Keeping everything classy and chic, she also wore white pearl jewellery. Earrings, a bracelet and a ring all three from Dulong Fine Jewelry. I also spotted her golden Cartier bracelet worn on her left wrist. Last but not least, she was wearing her black Quidam clutch which I was only able to find in grey. But the model is the same. So, what do you think? Could you imagine wearing black, white and yellow yourself like Mary just did? Couple of months back I was given a pair of yellow bead earrings and watching Mary, I really want to wear them -as in right now!

Crown Prince Frederik & Crown Princess Mary attending dinner at Stadshuset, Stockholm

After two rather long days with quite many working hours there was only one thing left to do: the official dinner on occasion of the Danish royal couples visit to Sweden. The dinner took place at Stadshuset in Stockholm. A beautiful, old building located right by the sea. Try to look for pictures and you'll know what I mean. It looks perfect for a dinner like this. The Crown Prince couple arrived right before 7:30 pm. local time along with Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel, whom which they have spend the last couple of days with. With this dinner the visit is officially over. I have not been able to find any pictures from the dinner taking place, but I am in no doubt that all four of them had a wonderful evening with good food and wine. It has been my pleasure following their whereabouts with all of you and I hope you have had a great time as well!

In the evening on Tuesday, before leaving back to Copenhagen the following day, the Crown Prince couple enjoy one last evening along with the Crown Princess of Sweden and her husband. Mary arrived in a brand new printed black and white dress. I learned about the identity from several of my readers and I want to thanks all of you! It was found at ALTUZARRA (collection: 2016). A designer we are just getting to know. She added a black belt which makes it a bit more edgy and cool look. Not sure I'm the right one to ask whether or not I like it. In a way I do. Maybe even more if it was slightly shorter? Really want your opinion. She accessorized the outfit with earrings and a ring from Dulong Fine Jewelry and black pumps from Gianvito Rossi. What I love most about this outfit is her hair! Gosh it is beautiful. With I was able to make my hair look like this.

I have not commented on the clutch yet so, here we go. Some while ago I mentioned a possible designer -Sergio Rossi. Since then, everybody thinks it is indeed from Sergio Rossi. I have to say that I do not know that for sure. It is only suggestion. I ask for one thing which is not to believe in everything I say. Know it sounds a bit weird, but please remember to be critical sometimes also when it comes to thing I say. Of course it is still a possibility I believe but I don't know anything for sure. Thanks.
