More about the Advise for Life - Råd til Livet
The project was launched back in 2009 and over 300 women have been given help to get a better life without violence. They are offered economic, legal and social counseling for free by among others local lawyers. So far over 2,700 women have accepted the assistance since its launch. The project is a collaboration between the Mary Foundation, Nykredit, Mødrehjælpen, LOKK and Østifterne. Read more here.
Around 2:00 pm. local time Mary arrived to Kalvebod Brygge in Copenhagen to attend Advise for Life's (Råd til Livet) adviser day 2015 to hear about how the Mary Foundations project has helped abused women which Advise for Life is all about - give economic, legal and social counseling for free. The project has so far helped over 2,700 women to a better life without violence. The bank Nykredit, local lawyers etc. who take part in the project and do a major difference. This day Mary had the opportunity to hear all about the advisers experience over the past years; how they work and what they have been able to do to help the women they have met. At the same time the advisers shared stories and experiences.
To theses of you who would like to read her speech, than you find it right here.
It made me happy to find several new photos from her day when she attended the adviser day in Copenhagen! Finally we could get a closer look at what she was wearing. Mary chose the wonderful navy blue and a little silver. The blouse which I assumed was new is in fact new and with the help from my best reader Pernille we now know where is come from Heartmade by Julie Fagerholt and the white dots are small circles made of silver threads. We are both sure about the designer but we still need to find the right model, we now know it's from the high summer 2014 collection. The one you find attached below is a dress that features the same silver-thread-circles. She matched with trousers in the same colour. At the arrival Mary wore a navy blue coat which we might have seen before but a first glimpse I can't recognize which one. She accessorized the outfit with a belt and leather pumps such as the Quidam cross-body bag. The half curly updo gave her a feminine and casual look. The two golden bracelets are from Marianne Dulong.
