It has become a tradition for Crown Princess Mary to attend the CIFF - the Copenhagen International Fashion Fair to see the latest trend on the runway. It is a spectacular event. Actually, it was one of the first events she attended, when becoming Crown Princess. That is why she was often referred to as "the fashion princess".
This year, she attended the openingen as guest of honor. It also gave her the title to present the "Designer of the year" award.

We really have a good-looking Crown Princess in Denmark! When she attend a fashion show like this, she always finds the very best from her closet. She combines old with new. Latest with former. This year, Mary had chosen a marvelous outfit. A dream outfit.
When arriving, she flashed an old Henning Olesen coat. Such an elegant design with the silver fox fur. Underneath, she wore a brand new bright green By Malene Birger blouse and reused Diane von Furstenberg trousers. What a look!
Mary then embraced the style with new golden earrings from Figaros Bryllup. They are sold as a one-piece but Mary wore them as a pair. The stylish golden collier is from Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen. So is the fine diamond and amber pendants.
Look closer and you will see that she was wearing black patent leather pumps from Prada.
