The Crown Princess has been visiting Seattle from May 3rd on occasion of the launch of a Danish art- and culture business promotion. She has been accompanied by Minister of Foreign Affairs Anders Samuelsen all along. While visiting Seattle, the Crown Princess has both attended an opening ceremony at the National Museum, here, visited the University of Washington and stepped by the Novo Nordisk Research Center, here. On evening of the second day she also attended a gala dinner, here. During the last day in Seattle she had just one official event left -to attend the official opening of a new building at the Nordic Museum. She arrived in a great mood with a large smile on her face. Still in a cheerful the Crown Princess entered the stage and gave a speech as part of the official opening.

On her last day, Mary amazed the world in a navy blue dress. It goes back to a previous event about a year ago when she attended the European Emergency Medical Services 2017 (EMS2017), here. Do you remember her wearing the dress before? At the time I was not able to identify. A similar model was found at Stella McCarntey. It turns out completely wrong. Vionnet (collection: 2016) is the designer of Mary's incredible blue dress. Think this is the only dress, what we know of, that Mary's has from that designer. Hope it will not be the last time because Vionnet has some incredible designs.

where it came from. Nor do I now. But a similar dress has been found at Stella McCartney, here. I can't tell if McCartney is in fact the designer of Mary's navy blue dream of a dress. I just know they look very much alike. As back in 2017 she embraced the style wearing a rather large brooch, white pearl jewellery from Dulong Fine Jewelry and a golden Orit Elhanati necklace. She also wore her stunning Cartier bracelet, which probably is a gift from her husband on occasion of their anniversary a few years ago. At least I like the thought. Mary wore a pair of beige Prada pumps as the day earlier. Perfectly dressed as she is, she styled the outfit with a matching ostrich clutch from Naledi Copenhagen. What made this outfit so beautiful and special to me, is her amazing smile and confidence.

The Crown Princess has already spend her first day in Seattle as part of an art- and culture business promotion. While traveling the Crown Princess is accompanied with Minister of Foreign Affairs Anders Samuelsen. She arrived to Seattle in the afternoon on Thursday. Around noon on Friday the Crown Princess arrived to University of Washington, here, to participate a debate about empowerment of women and economic constraints. The debate is made in collaboration with University of Washington, the International Center of Research for Women and the Danish Embassy. While visiting the university, She was in a splendid mood as the evening before, where she attended the official opening of the business promotion at the Nordic Museum, here. The Crown Princess was given the opportunity to say a few words at the arrangement and she did. With a humble "good morning" she spoke about empowerment of women for the other attendances.

A few hours later, she payed a visit to the Novo Nordisk Research Center, here. At the research center she was warmly welcomed with flowers, smiles and handshakes. Especially, the little flower girl seemed to have had the best day of her life meeting the Danish Crown Princess. During her visit, she was given a guided tour around the facilities and told about everything she was shown. Among other things, the Crown Princess was informed about the company's efforts to combat overweight.

On the second day in Seattle, Mary dazzled wearing an amazing blue outfit. She showed up in a brand new printed dress identified by Kate as Diane Von Furstenberg. It is so beautiful and classy. She matched the new dress with a reused blue coat. The coat was first worn in 2017, while visiting 'Værket' in Copenhagen, here. Think it works a bit better with this outfit. What do you think?  Kate shared a Prada coat with me that looks pretty much alike the one Mary was wearing. Take a look and tell me what you think. She embraced the chic Seattle-style with Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen rings, a golden Cartier bracelet, even a few bracelets from Dulong Fine Jewelry. As other accessories Mary wore a pair of beige pointed pumps from Prada worn on several occasions before such as the Prada handbag. I have always loved when she wears darker and lighter colours as a match. Just like she did this second day in Seattle.

After a day with an agenda focusing on empowerment on women and a visit to Novo Nordisk Research Center in Seattle, the Crown Princess attended an official gala dinner at the Nordic Museum. The day before she had also visited the museum, where she attended the opening of the art- and culture business promotion, here. The Crown Princess arrived in a splendid mood on this magnificent sunny evening. Along with representatives from all other nordic countries, she was given a guided tour around the museums exhibitions. The exhibitions shows nordic countries history and culture and their influence on the United States. As part of the event the Crown Princess also gave a applaud.

Mary has already shown us so many beautiful and breathtaking outfits during this trip to Seattle. At the gala dinner at Nordic Museum we got one more. She was glowing in a brand new black and white dress. This has been identified by Heaven as a Preen creation. Looks like the white part is removable. A perfect dress for someone like Mary who loves to play with her clothes. I simply can't wait to see how she's going to wear the dress next time we see it. She had chosen very little and simple accessories to match her outfit -a golden Cartier bracelet, white pearl ring from Dulong Fine Jewelry and of course, as you all recognize, her wedding earrings from Dulong Fine Jewelry. I am thrilled to see her wearing these again. Seems like a long time ago since we have seen these stunning earrings. You missed them too? Mary also embraced the style with glitter pumps from Pure Lopez and a Sergio Rossi clutch. She wore this combo just a few weeks ago, when attending the Danish Rainbow Award -AXGIL, herein Copenhagen. Love how she kept everything polished to makes the dress stand out with such elegance. A classy look that will never go wrong.

First thing in the morning, the Crown Princess attended an international conference on equality in Copenhagen, here, and flew directly to Seattle afterwards. She will spend three days in Seattle because of a Danish art- and culture business promotion. During the visit she is accompanied by Minister of Foreign Affairs Anders Samuelsen. The business promotion was officially opened with a ceremony at Nordic Museum. This is a project working for the next three years to promote Danish art and culture. Crown Princess Mary attended the event along with 600 other special invited guest. No doubt that she was in a great spirit during her first evening abroad. The next couple of days she will visit University of Washington, Novo Nordisk Research Center and attend a gala dinner -among other things.

At the international conference in Copenhagen, Mary had chosen a reused Hugo Boss dress looking all beautiful in white silk and grey tweed. Several hours later, she had changed to a brand new mid-length embroidered tulle dress at the first event in Seattle. For several days me and others have desperately tried to identify who designed this stunning dress. It has now been found at the Australian designer MOSS & SPY, here. I am not quite sure who to give the credit, but I learned about the identity from Heaven, who found the information here. Mary embraced the chic evening style by wearing blue satin pumps from Gianvito Rossi and a perfectly matching Prada clutch. Believe we have seen both accessories before, right? Last year in Japan, she wore the same clutch to match a two-piece from Etro, here. As jewellery she had chosen a few bracelets from, among others, Cartier, diamond earrings from Dulong Fine Jewelry and her Orit Elhanati necklace. The earrings comes with several different pendants, as seen here and here. I am also kinda hypnotized by her hair and makeup from the event. Looks just gorgeous.

International conference on equality

Thursday, May 3rd

Before her trip to Seattle, the Crown Princess attended as guest of honor an international conference on equality taking place at Eigtveds Pakhouse in Copenhagen. The conference is held on occasion of Denmark's Presidency of the Council of Europe Ministerial Committee. The Presidency was taken over by Denmark in 2017 from the Czech republic and is given to Croatia on May 18th 2018. At the arrival, Crown Princess Mary was welcomed by newly elected Minister of Equality, Nordic cooperation and Fisheries Eva Kjer Hansen, who also happen to host the conference. The Crown Princess entered the stage and gave a speech to around 200 representatives from the 47 member countries. Read a quote from her speech below. With very few words she manage to say everything. Her speech can be read, here.

In the evening she was suppose to attend the launch of a new art- and cultural event at the Nordic Museum in Seattle, as part of a three days business promotion. According to Danish media, she went directly to the airport after the event in Copenhagen to go to Seattle.

I have loved this dress from the first time Mary showed up wearing it. We first saw the dress worn in 2016, when she attended the 66th Session of The WHO Regional Committee for Europe in the UN office, here. I remember some of us, desperately, was looking for a new blouse and skirt at the time. Then we realized that she was in fact wearing a dress. So now we know for sure that the dress is from Hugo Boss. In 2016 Mary also chose to wear the tan double bag from Prada. A wonderful bag that I will never in a millions years get close to be able to purchase. I will have to dream along with all of you. The two pieces makes a great match. Such as the pumps she had chosen. They are her old ones from Gianvito Rossi. Actually, I think it is her first pair of Gianvito Rossi pumps goes quite a few years back. A very polished and sophisticated look for the event. Only few know how to dress appropriately like Mary. Right? Guess she could be wearing some of her diamond rings and earrings as well. I just wish we had a little more pictures from the attendance at the conference in Copenhagen.
