Danish Industry's summit

Tuesday, September 26th

On Tuesday the Crown Princess arrived to the Opera House in Copenhagen to attend Danish Industry's summit. She arrived in a splendid mood by boat from across the canal where Amalienborg palace is located. Along with 1,000 other representatives, both senior executives, politicians and decision makers, also attended the summit entitled "What now, Denmark!? -New world, New possibilities". Global challenges were up for debate, both national and international issues were discussed. The participating Danish companies could come up with their suggestions for possible solutions on how to face these global challenges. Before all this the Crown Princess took over the scene and gave a breathtaking opening speech. Among other things, it included what an important role the private sector plays such as the UN's world goals. You find her speech in the video down below. I see a Crown Princess who listened with great interest and commitment. Still, we got to see her beautiful smile and feel her warm spirt. Her visit lasted for about one and a half hour and then she was headed back to Frederik VIIs palace.

Attending the summit in the Opera House, Mary was wearing a reused dusty blue dress featuring a lovely tailored silhouette. As mentioned the dress is a good old reuse from 2015. She wore it the first time when the Crown Prince couple visited Tokyo two years ago, here. When do you think she wore it better? At that time it was identified as a Jesper Høvring-creation. Nevertheless, I haven't really been able to confirm that. What information do you have about this dress? Because the weather wasn't that fantastic, she kept herself warm in her wool coat from JOSEPH. Since we saw it for the first time a couple of years ago Mary has worn it at multiple different occasions. I have found some of them here, herehere, here & here. She had chosen to accessorize the look with white pearl earrings and matching bracelet and ring from Dulong Fine Jewelry, her beloved Cartier bangle and a golden Orit Elhanati necklace -one we have seen a lot lately. At the arrival we got a glimpse of the bag, which seems to be one of her Prada handbags. Other than jewellery and handbag, Mary dazzled in python pumps from Gianvito Rossi last seen on day 3 when she visited New York on occasion the United Nations General Assembly, here. Hope you noticed how good-looking her hair is and the fact that she wore a lovely red coloured nail polish.

Meeting with the Danish Refugee Council

Monday, September 25th

The Crown Princess unofficially attended an orientation meeting at Danish Refugee Council. Only a couple of pictures have been published along with very little information about the meeting. Nevertheless, I know the Crown Princess was informed about the current refugee situation. She was also told about the organization's ongoing work, focus areas and future plans. Among others, the Danish Crown Princess was introduced to their Mindspring project -a group course for and with refugees about life in exile focusing on new knowledge, awareness and competence, here. Current Secretary-General Andreas Kamm also attended the meeting along with the Crown Princess. If it is even possible to tell what a day she has from two pictures, I would say she enjoyed herself and listened with great interest in everything she was told in company with representatives from the Danish Refugee Council.

Pretty much the same goes with what Mary was wearing during the orientation meeting. Two pictures are not much to go with. Still, we get a glimpse of what she wore on Monday. She embrace a very chic business style by wearing a brand new bright red blazer and a plain white blouse. According to Royals & Fashion, her new piece is from Hugo Boss, here. I see great similarities when comparing the two models to each other. The biggest difference is, clearly, the colour. Let me know what you think. Having followed her for almost a decade, my guess is that she dazzled in black trousers and matching pointed pumps. I wouldn't mind getting to see this outfit on another occasion again. Looking gorgeous in a new red blazer, Mary had chosen her favourite combo of jewellery from Dulong Fine Jewelry, Orit Elhanati, Cartier and Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen. Take a second look and notice the lovely red colour on her nails.

Day 3. United Nations General Assembly in New York

Tuesday, September 19th

It is her third and last day in New York. The Crown Princess has been visiting the city for three days on occasion of the United Nations General Assembly. On Tuesday she attended several different events, among others the Forbes Summit which took place in the morning. The summit was followed by her present at Global Goals World Cup where the Crown Princess presented a player for SDG 5 Dream Team Player. Here she met with the Danish world famous actor Nikolaj Coster-Waldau. He was announced goodwill-ambassador of the United Nations in 2016. Seems like the two of them were getting a long very well. Think most people get along with the Crown Princess no matter when or where you meet her. Before attending dinner in the evening, she showed up at the event Handing over to Canada a new host country organized by Women Deliver.

During her last day in New York, Mary was dress beautifully in a brand new jacket and probably also trousers from Hugo Boss. I learned about the suit from Royal and Fashion. What makes this suit a bit more interesting it the white details around collar and cuffs. A very simple and delicate detail that works really well with a plain dark blue blazer like this. A first I thought her new suit was black, but later I noticed it as dark blue, which makes sense why she has chosen matching clue wedges. Since she wore these first time years ago I have been looking everywhere to find them. No one have ever been able to show me a model that looks exactly like the one she's wearing. They have been identified as both Christian Louboutin and L.K. Bennett. Then I came across a similar model from Bandolino. I was never really convinced about L.K. Bennett but now I am. I found a navy blue suede model that convinced me. She embraced a chic and polished business-like style by wearing a plain white blouse, jewellery from Dulong Fine Jewelry, Orit Elhanati, Cartier, Shamballa Jewels and Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen. Really seems like Mary has embraced the love of hoop earrings and wearing multiple necklaces at once.

In the evening the Crown Princess attended a prestigious dinner hosted by Bill Gates and his wife Melinda Gates. The dinner took place on occasion of Project Everyone and a award was handed over. The Crown Princess was in a splendid mood when she entered the stage in her midnight blue dress, ready to hand over the Healthy not Hungry Award to the winner Bernard Coulibaly. Congratulations to Bernard with the very fine prize. The award is given to a person who tackle chronic malnutrition affecting children and mothers in his or her country. Queen Maxima of the Netherlands attended the dinner. The two women met during the evening and that is not the first time the two of them have met on occasion of international conference etc. In 2015 they met at the World Conference of Women's Shelters in the Hauge, here and during the Women Deliver Conference in 2016 hosted by Denmark, here.

Dinner time is equal to smashing evening outfits. All along Mary has been wearing plain colours and dimmed accessories without compromising her style. At the dinner she was dressed in one of her reused wrap dresses from Issa -and yes it is the same model worn by the Duchess of Cambridge on her engagement day. Mary dazzled in this dress back in 2016 when she attended the presentation of the Cancer Society Award on occasion of World Cancer Day, here. Love her outfit back then as much as this time. She has chosen to wear the navy blue dress with golden jewellery from Dulong Fine Jewelry and Orit Elhanti such as diamond rings from Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen -three of the best Danish jewellery designers we have. Looking all gorgeous she wore the python Gianvito Rossi pointed pumps. Maybe some nail polish, a berry lipgloss or a different hairstyle would have made her outfit even more magnificent? A least we got that pair of eye catching pumps. An outfit you would wear for a evening event? I differently would.

Day 2. United Nations General Assembly in New York

Monday, September 18th

Her second day in New York on occasions of the United Nations General Assembly was way more busy than the first. In the morning the Crown Princess attended the event 'Deliver for Good: Inspiring SDG Action for Girls and Women'. Here she also gave a speech. Last year the Crown Princess attended the Women Deliver conference, taking place in Copenhagen, as patron. Women Deliver is the worlds largest conference on girls and women's health, rights and well-being. Now she, once again, got the opportunity to meet with other members of the organization. Around noon she gave another opening speech when she was in company with the research center 'International Center for Research on Women'. Before attending the opening of a new Shamballa Jewels flagship store in SoHo, the Crown Princess was present at the launch of UNFPAs new book called #Childmothers. These are only a few of the events she attended during her second day in New York.

During her second day in New York along with the United Nations General Assembly, Mary dazzled wearing her reused creamy white WILLOW dress purchased a few years back on a visit in Australia. I sense Mary is very much in to black an white this time, right? She embrace the sophisticated and business-like style wearing a pair of pointed python pumps in beige from Gianvito Rossi. Since we saw them the first time, have I been in love with them. This model is so elegant and polish, yet modern and chic. All at once. As jewellery she wore her favourite combination of golden necklaces from Orit Elhanati and Dulong Fine Jewerly as seen here, here and here. Other than a couple of golden necklaces, Mary dazzled wearing her beloved Cartier bracelet along with others from Dulong Fine Jewelry. Love how she manages to wear this many jewellery without getting overdressed. I'd love to feel the same way. Do you have have favourite combo when it comes to jewellery? Later in the afternoon, when she attended the opening of a new Shamballa Jewels flagship store in SoHo, she added her Shamballa Jewels bracelet to the outfit -a piece we have seen multiple times before. The same goes with the nude python pumps from Gianvito Rossi which she, by the way, wore when photographed to Eurowoman in 2016, here. Incredible and breathtaking pictures of the Crown Princess.
