Day 2: Official Visit to Chile

I'm a bit jealous at those who get to see Mary when she's on a state visit or official visit like this one in Chile, because on such trip she's always dressed in a very unique way. All the best are packet in her suitcase, matched perfectly with hats, shoes and accessories. On their second day in Chile we saw one of these 'unique' outfits with a little extra elegance. I really love her look; the match of the white Hugo Boss peplum and the white floral Prada pleated skirt is just great. Her face and hairdo were beautifully framed by her Susanne Juul hat which also drew attention to the stunning Cenius & Bach earrings with the rose quartz pendant. She added a Prada clutch and bracelets, Marianne Dulong and Shamballa Jewels, to the more then wonderful outfit.

I have to say it was a special moment, also only for us to see pictures from when they visited the Libertador General Bernardo O'Higgins. Such a overwhelming atmosphere. Just had to mention, maybe you had the same feeling.

Hope you're ready for one more day with the Crown Prince couple in Chile tomorrow.

Day 1: Official Visit to Chile

Now the time has finally come when Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary are going to Chile on a official visit. The Crown Prince couple are doing the trip instead of Queen Margrethe and Prince Henrik because of the Queen's weakened health. Since I heard they were going, I have been so excited and now the time has come and the six-days visits are started, Crown Prince Frederik and Crown have arrived to Chile.

Program: Santiago
  • 12:30 pm. Visiting the nature park Quebrada de Macul 
  • 8:00 pm. Dinner with the Danish delegation at restaurant El Meson Nerudiano

In Quebrada de Macul

After the arrival, the couple started the day by a walk in the park of Quebrada de Macul and even tough she was walking around in a park she's dressed practical but with a touch of royal-elegance. For the walk she had chosen to wear a ARCTERYX cap, yes I know Mary with a cap not something we see that much. A pair of knee-length shorts and a white T-shirt with some lace work at front from Hugo Boss (Orange Summer 2013). So if you ever wondered whether or not you could use your highly expensive Hugo Boss t-shirt on a walk, then Mary just gave you the answer; yes thats possible! With a backpack on, sunglasses and a belt to keep the trousers up, which is an ollld one worn back in 2003 or 2004 on a vacation in Australia (unfortunately I do not have a picture), she and Frederik had some great hours on their own before the dinner later the same day. Wonder what she'll be wearing?

 In an old and reused Diane von Furstenberg ruffled skirt, Mary attended dinner at restaurant El Meson Nerudiano with her husband Frederik. The dress is available in two different lengths, Mary's Nandine dress is the short one. The curly hair gave her a feminine look as the new red bead earrings my guess is that they're from the Danish jewellery brand Jewlscph. Let me know what you think. When we're talking of jewellery I noticed, what I think is a new, a rather large cuff at her arm. A reader gave the suggestion that it might be from Amrita Singh, which we occasionally have seen her wear a couple of times before. Then we have her wonderful heeled sandals left, the one and only Ralph Lauren shoes.

A Short Visit to the Netherlands

 These days Crown Princess Mary is on a short stay in the Netherlands, visiting Crown Prince Willem-Alexander and his wife Crown Princess Máxima. A photo was take in front of the Apeldoom Palace. With a little help from RoyalOutfits Mary's new poncho has been identified as Heartmade.
She wore it with a dark pair of jeans, a black blouse and black shoes.

Meeting About Global Inequaity

 Crown Princess Mary attended the High-Level Meeting Global Inequity in Copenhagen.

A little more about the conference: 
The conference is a part of the global consultations as the Un makes in the process of formulating in the development which will replace UN's 8th 2015-goal. The High-Level meeting will bring together decision-makers and ministers from several as well as leaders of the UN and civil society organizations to ind a solution, on an international scale, on global inequalities.

Dressed sophisticated in a dark grey suit, trousers with a jacket featuring a buckle at the front in the waist. The suit reminds me of one she wore several years ago, maybe back in 2004? Well I can't exactly remember when. Think she wore it with a pink silk shirt, am I completely wrong? Unusual she added a printed blouse to the suit in multiple colours, I'm not sure I like it. Too much a mix of colours. It hasn't been found yet but to me it looks like a Hugo Boss. The purple handbag we know the designer of, Prada and not new at all. The black patent shoes are from the same designer.

At the meeting, I noticed how well Mary blended in among the other members, nothing special to her because of her Crown-Princess-title. That's one of the reasons why I like Mary, in situations like these she's just like everybody else. She know that she has an important role to play.
