A Mary Foundation project: Reading Games

Crown Princess Mary visited the kindergarten The Swan (Svanen) to talk about the Mary Foundation project Reading Game (Læse Leg). The project should be able to help nursery-age children to write and learn language through play.

Peplum bloses have become one of my summer-favourites and I love to find new inspiration how to wear it. Mary wore her white lace Rabens Saloner peplum with a creamy white pencil skirt! A great wish I have is to own a pair of snake pumps just like Mary's from Christian Louboutin. She chose accessories; Rosequartz Marianne Dulong earrings, a beige Pura Lopez clutch and her leather snake bracelet might be from Ole Lynggaard Sweet Drops.

Some News from the Olympic Games 2012

Private dinner in London

I've found a few new pictures of Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary from London when they attended the Olympic Games 2012. The couple went out a night for dinner and Mary wore a bright blue dress from Danish designer Signe Bøgelund-Jensen found by Pernille, and her golden Marianne Dulong earrings with gold and diamond pendant. The cool thing is that Frederik wore a pair of blue shoes in the same colour as his wives dress! Hers are from Ralph Lauren and then she carried a Carlend Copenhagen AICHA clutch.

Casucal buy stylish Mary was dressed in a recycled Hugo Boss dress with a brown belt the same as when Prince Christian started in school. You remember it? In the same brown colour she wore pumps which I still think is from Jimmy Choo with no proofs at all. It's told that the belt is from Gucci. Sunglasses in the dark red colour comes from Prada (2012 collection) and has been seen on her all the days on their visit to London. The amazing brown leather bag is from designer By Malene Birger. This is how to make a simple dress looks stunning in the everyday!

The Skt. Loye Award

Crown Princess Mary attended the presentation of the Skt. Loye Award to the winner Annette Dam. She had the chance to talk to some of the jewellery designers.

What is the Skt.  Loye Award?
The Skt. Loye Award is a Danish talent award given to a goldsmith, silversmith and jewelery designer showing his skills in a special way.

It's so nice to see her in a red vintage inspired Marc by Marc Jacobs (Spring 2011) dress! Can't really tell what it is but magical over her look and entrance. She was gloving with her porcelain skin and feminine hairdo. Red is a powerful colour and it gave her the same attitude. I really adore her expression on the picture taken by Agnés Colbert, isn't it beautiful? The gold Kharisma earrings and bracelet with the same name are from Danish jewellery designer Marianne Dulong. Identified by Pernille she wore a ring, of gold and silver, made by Cenius & Bach. Custom-made for Mary, does this ring - somewhere - have a little blue stone to mark her royalty. On her feet she wore a pair of nude Prada pumps best known from the twins christening. To me, there's just something really special about this outfit!

Campus Roskilde

I know we live in a world who is obsessed with recycling clothes and you're almost a bad person if you buy something new but still, I love when Mary is wearing something new and this really is new - all of it! The A-line double pleated skirt is from the Danish designer Signe Bøgelund-Jensen (Spring/Summer 2012) which Mary seems to have fallen in love with lately. We have to thanks Pernille with her great find of the skirt. She matched it with a white blouse and gray Gianvito Rossi pumps. The jewellery was a pair of square blue Marianne Dulong earrings and a lovely silver Georg Jensen necklace with blue stones. I noticed that she was in a very good mood today, maybe it was because the new colourful clutch, Jérôme Dreyfuss?
