Day 3 + 4: Visit to Greenland

On the third day at her visit to Greenland, Crown Princess Mary attended the Children's Relay as we know from Denmark. She gave medals to the participating children.

Day 3: Children's Relay

This day really showed all of us that she's a very popular princess! All the kids struggled to get her attention and hugged her all the time. To keep her warm she wore a red short jacket from the amazing designer Isabel Marant. She also wore a black A-line skirt which I think is from Hugo Boss. On her feet Mary was wearing black warm boots. The best was to see her sincere smile.

Day 4: Reception + Return Dinner

The four and last day was a bit more unofficial. Only very few pictures were published. In addition to her visit a reception was held and she attended it wearing a hot pink blouse and lace skirt. On her wrist a black leather bracelet. In the afternoon Mary caught two cod during a fishing trip in the Ice Fjord, there were served at the dinner the same day. At the return dinner she wore a navy blue Jayson Brunsdon dress, a brooch from Elise Gug, and beige shoes such as clutch from Naledi Copenhagen (FW 2011/2012).

Day 2: Visit to Greenland

Crown Princess Mary is on a official visit to Greenland because of the Mary Foundation's work with bullying. Today she was visiting a school who works with the project Free of bullying.

After a little chilly and windy arrival she found her warm brown Prada booth and socks. When Mary is on a visit like this she often wears a vest or jacket from Moncler and she also did this time. A new a cozy Moncler jacket featuring a high neck, six buttons and a belt. And of course; no outfit without some jewelry, her diamonds earrings made of silver is from Ole Lynggaard. In the fall and winter I swear to wear cotton turtleneck sweaters and it's not most amazing thing, if you don't have some I promise you, you will not regret it! Mary also wore one in a dark grey color. Mary had also her beloved camera with her and took lots of pictures of both the nature and the children around her. She was also wearing a pair of sunglasses, I can't tell who the designer is. It could be Prada.

Day 1: Visit to Greenland

Crown Princess Mary, as patron of the Mary Fondation (Mary Fonden), is visiting Greenland because of the Funds anti-bullying program Free of Bullying (Fri for Mobberi).

Children's Relay 2012 in Fællesparken

Years ago Crown Princess Mary created the Mary Foundation (Mary Fonden) and became their patron. One of the things the Fund works with it bullying among children, how to find tools to fight against it. The project is called Free of Bullying (Fri for Mobberi). Together with Save the Children (Red Barnet) did they create the Children's Relay (Børne Stafet).

What is Children's Relay?

The project helps to focus on bullying. Each year, many children runs in the relay as everyone receives a medal as proof that they have participated. Children's Relay also gives the opportunity to make research to combat bullying in Denmark. Read more about it here.

As usual did Mary participate in the exercise session before the big run. It starts with good music and instructor who makes some moves with all the participating children. At this time Mary often have a little chat with some of the kids. She just blends in among the kids without no one thinking that she the the future Queen of Denmark. This is what a real Queen manages. In dark bootcut jeans, a white shirt with some lace and a simple electric blue cardigan made out her relay outfit. She spiced up the look with brand new Prada (2012 collection) sunglasses and new Lanvin wedges! This makes a Royal-fan happy.
