The final game between Denmark & Norway

27 January

It was a big night, when the Crown Prince family arrived to Jyske Bank Boxen in Herning on Sunday evening. The final game between Denmark and Norway was played. One of them were about to become world champions in handball for men.

The announcement stated that Crown Prince Frederik, Crown Princess Mary, Prince Christian and Prince Vincent were present at the game. Obviously Princess Isabella changed her mind and decided to join her family. All of them were in a splendid mood. On multiple occasions the Crown Prince Couple have supported both games of handball, swimming, football etc. Also they booth enjoy several form of sports and I imagine their children have inherited their parents' love for sport.

Seems like the family really enjoyed the evening. They congratulated the Danish team on behalf of they championship with a greeting on social media, here. Congratulations to the team winning the game and title as world champions.

All four of them matched in colours - red, white, blue. Love that. Clearly to support their favourite team. The boys in hoodies; dad in a classy suit; Princess Isabella in a dotted skirt and matching red blouse. Meanwhile Mary showed up in a combo perfectly matching the rest of her family.

Mary embraced the style by wearing a dark red Hugo Boss blouse. She has the same model in grey and white as well. Impressive how something as simple as a colour can change the expression of a piece of clothes. This time she had chosen the red one. She matched it was navy blue trousers and a Veronica Beard blazer. We have seen the blazer before in an interview showed on occasion of the Crown Prince Couples Prizes in 2017. Well, red and blue just makes a wonderful look.

She styled her outfit with black Gianvito Rossi ankle boots. Also seen before on a few occasions actually. They go back to around October 2018. Officially Mary wore the Gianvito Rossi booth when receiving 'the Danish Speakers' Speaker Prize', here. The brown leather bag is her old Ralph Lauren. I still don't know a thing about the white scarf. From what I know it is new. She could also be wearing a couple of diamond rings from Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen, here. What I know for sure is that her flower brooch is a Daisy brooch from Georg Jensen.

And then we have that pearl hairpin. Both Mary and her oldest daughter Princess Isabella each wore one. Mary wore hers the first time a couple of days before at a meeting with Executive Director of UN Women and UN Secretary-General, Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka, here. At that time it was hard to tell anything about this new hairpin. I kinda still is. Plissé Copenhagen could be the designer we are looking for. They have similar pins as those worn by Mary and Isabella, here. Plissé Copenhagen confirm that it is likely their design.
