DIY: Mary's Anni Lu Bracelet

Photo @ Passions for Fashion

In the post Vacation in Mallorca I mentioned a special post I was about to make and this is it! When Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary were on a official visit to Germany a few months ago, Mary showed a brand new bracelet made of colourful beads. I was convinced Marianne Dulong was the designer but I was wrong because one of you shortly after identified the new bracelet as an Anni Lu creation, confirmed by the designer herself Helle Vestergaard Poulsen. All jewellery from Anni Lu are made by hand. I've been in love with the bracelets from the beginning. Next to be addicted to fashion, read plenty of books and the gifts the Autumn brings I have a passion for everything that's creative - drawing, sawing, knitting etc. Than I found this DIY (to you who think what does DIY stand for; it's Do-It-Yourself) guide to make similar bracelets at one of my favourite fashion blogs Passions for Fashion owned by blogger Christina Dueholm. She has a lovely scandinavian style with a sense of girly dresses, stunning leather bags and simple golden jewellery. Christina just started her own brand Âme Copenhagen with a friend of hers. Take the time to see the stunning designs. If you don't already know about her blog, then hurry up and take a look! I'm sure you'll fall in love with her and her incredible style! I have been looking forward to do this post because I love her way of doing it and I got permission to share it with all of you right here! Christina's guide is perfect to you who want to make your own personal Anni Lu bracelet.

Happy Crafting!
